GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Accountability and dependability are critical to the role of Machine Operator.
As an essential worker, a Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely and in accordance with established schedules.
There are three Machine Operator levels and progression is earned with experience and proven ability to assume various roles on the plant floor while independently troubleshooting and problem-solving machine issues resulting in efficient cycles, quality production, and minimal downtime.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Regularly meet attendance expectations. Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Package, label, and store products.
Cross-train on other production functions as business need dictates.
Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functionality.
Report and assist with resolving safety, quality, and mechanical issues.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
If appropriate, set up and operate various off-line and secondary equipment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
The role does not require any formal education or experience. Previous experience operating a machine in a manufacturing environment requiring speed and dexterity is preferred, but not required. We will provide training for those interested and capable of performing the job.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Forklift certification is preferred; training and certification available, if appropriate, following successful introductory performance evaluation
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to function effectively in a team setting.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
Demonstrates reliability, flexibility, and dependability.

The Production Inventory Control Scheduler is responsible for developing schedules that will meet safety stock and production order requirements and adjusting as required based on changes in demand and production results.
Responsibilities
Using information from corporate systems, develop schedules for assigned packaging lines to fulfill safety stock requirements, promotion requests and customer orders, and to optimize utilization of assets.

Communicate regularly with corporate personnel to incorporate longer-range forecasts into plan.
Communicate regularly with packaging and compounding leaders regarding schedules, including prioritization of compounding, backup plans and changing requirements. On a daily basis, reconcile finished goods between corporate systems, to ensure consistency.
Take corrective measures as necessary.
Review transaction adjustments to ensure accuracy.
Assist plant leadership by performing necessary duties during annual physical inventory.
Requirements
High School or GED preferred 5 years of experience in similar filed of scheduling. Logical reasoning abilities; knowledge of processes, applications, terminology, forecasting and facility capabilities. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Position Summary:
Primarily responsible for administering and coordinating all daily service center activities.
Essential Functions:
• Handle all incoming calls including customers, providing directions to the Service Center, providing information regarding orders, routing calls to appropriate individuals to assure accurate information is provided. • Assist with will-call customers. • Print various documentation such as: Bill of Ladings, Packing Slips, and PIC lists. • Prepare all shipping paperwork. • Contacts freight lines to arrange order pickups. • Complete miscellaneous filing, typing, copying and other projects that are necessary to keep the day-to-day workflow of the service center organized. • Data entry in computer on all shipments leaving the facility such as pro #'s from truck lines, freight charges. • Provide customer service assistance to all Customer Service Representatives to assist them in obtaining the necessary information they need to get their shipments out. • Run various reports as requested. • Back up warehouse functions of cycle count during annual inventory. • Communicates with the manufacturing plant, scheduling, shipment, and delivery of product.
May involve prioritizing and negotiating product availability, partial shipments, or splitting shipments. • Follows up daily on order status and notifies CSRs or sales rep of any changes. • Operates the LN computer system for Sales and Replenishment order shipments. • Review orders for special requirements of customers and ensure that the information is conveyed to the appropriate warehousemen. • Works with Corporate Traffic Department to make cost efficient shipments. • Perform additional duties as assigned • Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, • Proficient in Microsoft Office • 1-year prior office related work experience • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, along with an ability to work well with others and analyze data recognizing trends and taking action to improve. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance manuals and safety rules.
Ability to use a computer for all company required processes, procedures, and trainings. • Monday- Friday 10:30am- 7:00 pm- Occasional a weekends base on workload
Physical Requirements:
Must be physically and medically capable of wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the job as prescribed under OSHA standards based on exposure and manufacture recommendation for each specific location.

Environmental Enforcement Officer Hillingdon - Full-Time - 40 hours per week - £13.00per hour rising to £13.15 per hour after 12 months

You will need to be over 18 to apply and having a full clean Driving Licence
As an Environmental Enforcement Officer, you will enforce local laws to protect the area from litter, dog fouling, various other breaches, and local byelaw violations.
So, what can you expect as an EEO?
You will be helping members of the public, patrolling the streets and upholding environmental conducts.
What will you do?:
- Monitor and enforce the bylaws within the London Borough of Hillingdon by foot patrol, undertake inquiries and pursue action where appropriate.
- Take action to councillor and public enquiries /complaints regarding local environmental quality and anti-social behaviour.
- To issue Fixed Penalty Notices for offences where appropriate.
- Record witness statements and conduct interviews under caution when required.
- Validate personal details of offenders.
- The planning of and submission of relevant cases for trial.
In conjunction with legal services in presenting cases to court, attending as a witness when required
- Ensure effective and efficient recording of work details and case progression including the use of computer software
- And the building of good working relations with key service areas and other key agencies including the Police.
What will you bring?:
- Experience of enforcement work.
- Experience of carrying out awareness raising/marketing work.
- Knowledge of environmental services such as cleansing and waste collection.
- Have the skill to communicate to different audiences and work as part of a team.
- Be reliable, self-motivated, and capable of dealing with possibly quarrelsome people/situations.
- Have the aptitude to develop, implement and follow policies/processes.
- Be able to deal with complaints and resolve complex issues
- Be able to work flexible hours and act as cover for other enforcement staff during periods of absence.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of Health and Safety and data protection when dealing with confidential matters.
