This role will ensure that all temporary accommodation owned and managed properties are maintained to the highest standards, complying with statutory and regulatory requirements, while delivering high-quality service to staff, residents, and property owners.
This is a full time, temporary assignment offering £25 per hour Umbrella LTD (£20 per hour PAYE).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site inspections and ensure properties meet required technical standards.
Carry out various inspections, including:
Damp and structural inspections
Insurance and disrepair inspections
Health and safety estate inspections
Provide technical expertise to staff, clients, and residents.
Diagnose and address issues, ensuring high-quality maintenance and repairs.
Work with contractors, manage repair orders, and oversee site operations.
Review and control repair and maintenance costs, ensuring best value outcomes.

Our partner is seeking a dynamic and technically adept graduate to join their team as an Assistant Product Manager.
This role is suited for someone with a technical degree who possesses commercial and customer acumen.
The ideal Assistant Product Manager will understand the business technology and translate it into compelling commercial products that are customer-focused and benefit-driven.
You will become a subject matter expert for all products and services, other manufacturers and satellite operators.
Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Product Manager:
- Produce or translate technical content into customer/benefit-led materials such as white papers, brochures, application notes, user guides, technical service updates, and press release inputs.
- Work with the Marketing Communications Manager and Commercial Product Manager to ensure up-to-date marketing and sales collateral, including user guides, FAQs, and sales fact sheets.
- Assist in the product marketing launch of new products and services by creating marketing literature, sales presentations, FAQs, user guides, and other relevant documents.
- Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager, Commercial Manager, and Systems Engineering teams to evaluate products and provide technical expertise for launching new products and services.
- Support sales teams with customer meetings, demos, and events.
- Gather requirements for internal and external software development projects.
- Manage in-house projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Perform product competitor analysis and comparisons for internal and external use.
- Work with the Technical Product Manager to develop customer interfacing systems, including requirement specifications, testing, user guides, and global deployment.
Key Skills and Experience Required by the Assistant Product Manager:
Essential -
- Technology degree.
- Good knowledge of IP networking.
- A professional and flexible approach.
- Flexible, customer focused and self-motivated team player.
- Must be organised, methodical and a good multi-tasker.
- Candidates must be willing to undergo UK Government SC clearance.

Our partner is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with a robust technical background and a strong commercial and customer focus.
The ideal Technical Product Manager will understand the business technology and translate it into compelling, customer-focused commercial products.
This role requires excellent communication skills to articulate product offerings both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities for the Technical Product Manager:
- Serve as the Technical Product Champion for all products and services.
Collaborate with the sales channels across the business and with key customers globally.
- Act as the technical product expert for all products, services and other manufacturers and satellite operators.
- Ensure sales teams and other departments are informed about current and future services and market offerings.

- Conduct market research to specify requirements for current and future products, supported by visits to customers and non-customers.
- Drive new products or services across the company by working with engineering, marketing, logistics, and support teams on market requirements and positioning.
- Provide technical product expertise with Systems Engineering teams to launch new products and services internally, during customer meetings, demos, events and throughout the company.
- Gather requirements for internal and external software development projects.
- Manage in-house projects to ensure timely and successful completion.

They require a Senior Mission Operations Engineer to shape technical solutions for their future missions, develop operations concepts, tools, and prepare the team for mission execution.
The candidate will interact extensively with the design and development engineers across functions and support tests conducted in the AIV and operational environments.
The company offer hybrid working and flexible hours, and you will join a team of highly talented engineers working on cutting-edge technology, in their office and cleanroom facility in Oxford.
Responsibilities for the Senior Mission Operations Engineer:
- Act as an Operations Technical Lead for the mission under development.
- Develop Mission Operations Concept for a standalone mission or a satellite fleet.
- Support the Preparation Team Lead in Operations Development Plan and ensure follow through from Preliminary Design until end of mission.
- Develop Operability requirement and user stories with close coordination with the Flight Operations team and mission segments.
- Contribute to mission interface definitions (e.g.
ICDs, data-budget, flight software application).
- Support the satellite simulator development and mission database management.
- Develop test specification, plan and procedure to conduct System Validation Test.
- Support the preparation and participate in Mission Simulation Test or similar system tests.
- Identify and specify tools to support the mission execution (e.g.
database tool, trending tool, dashboards, context management etc.).
- Act as a System-Operations teams interface during mission execution (LEOP, Commissioning, Routine, Disposal).
- Support to anomaly resolution of in-flight satellites may be expected, as part of a 24/7 on-call team (TBC).
Essential Skills required by the Senior Mission Operations Engineer:
- Engineering, physics or an equivalent degree.
- Several years of demonstrable satellite industry experience in real time operations, spacecraft operations preparation through the complete life cycle.
- Knowledge of space standards (ECSS, CCSDS, ISO).
- Knowledge of mission control systems, SCOS-2000 or similar.
- Experience developing and validating flight procedures.
- Experience of system testing and AIT processes.
- Software coding experience with Scripting languages, e.g.
Python, tcl.
