As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be working closely with the wider team.

Running your own caseload from inception to completion of Residential Property matters including freehold/leasehold, purchases and sales and remortgage matters
Liaising with clients and third parties

Their projects include various industrial buildings, large-scale facilities, and specialised equipment.

Sheet Metal Operative Responsibilities:
- Interpret and work from technical engineering drawings to manufacture sheet metal components, such as trims and flashings for steel structures.
- Operate a guillotine and CNC-operated brake press.
- Perform tasks such as marking out material, cutting, folding, edge rolling, and jigsaw cutting sheet metal.
- Use a radial drill as required.
- Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, and complete appropriate risk assessments.
Sheet Metal Operative Key Skills:
- Strong mathematical and practical skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen willingness to work.
- Ability to work well within a team.
