DAP is looking to hire Territory Manager - Pro group to be based out of Portland, OE or Seattle, WA.
Position Overview
The primary responsibility of Territory Sales Manager is to manage the day-to-day sales activities and account responsibilities to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and market segment by effectively selling and training of DAP products and/or related services.
Territory includes Oregon, Washington, Idaho.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plan by effectively utilizing marketing programs, leveraging field resources, product training, event marketing, and outside sales partners Achieve sales targets for all product categories Regularly call dealers and prospects in assigned area Provide support to dealers on product knowledge, end user work, event marketing, and merchandising Communicate opportunities, issues, trends to management and marketing Establish relationships with dealers, regional & national wholesalers, and key end users Effectively manage T&E and promotional budgets Other administrative duties required by DAP
Qualifications
1- 3 years of relevant sales experience; prior customer, product, and/or market experience in the home improvement industry, preferred Bachelor's degree Self-starter; goal-oriented Strong verbal and written communication skills

What will you do?

We have an exciting opportunity for Maintenance Mechanics at our Baltimore Plant.
In this role, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and enhancement of equipment at the plant.
The facility is a 24/7 operation and, while you must be able to work any shift, the openings are currently for the following shifts: 2nd shift (Monday to Thursday from 3:00 pm to 1:00 am) 3rd shift (Friday to Sunday from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm) 4th shift (Friday to Sunday from 5:00 pm to 5:00 am) Overtime is available/required. If you work all three 12 hours days on the weekend shifts, you receive a shift bonus of an additional 4 hours pay! The afternoon shift also receives additional shift pay. Responsibilities: Repairing manufacturing, packaging, and material handling equipment Performing various plant maintenance functions to maintain the general operation of the facility Assisting with production duties as needed Requirements: Basic understanding of maintenance processes, industrial safety applications and terminology related to a manufacturing and distribution environment, including but not limited to use of hand and power tools Experience in maintenance crafts and mechanical repair (electrical, plumbing, and welding); electrical troubleshooting, reading and interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, shop mathematics and drafting skills Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and ability to stand for periods of up to 3 hours Proven ability to work well with others, self-motivated, work with little or no supervision, multitask and prioritize daily Excellent organizational, interpersonal, decision-making and communication skills

Personal protective equipment would be utilized.
