The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-$33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees

General Purpose of the Job: The Project Superintendent is responsible for managing assigned special projects and customers (including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc).
This involves working with the Supervisor or Field Resources Rep assigned to the project to ensure delivery on time and within budget, as well as managing all sub-contractors.

Manage field crews and subcontractors with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial and industrial roofing construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget. Schedule and manage sub-contractors. Implement and understand project administration requirements. Create and update project schedules. Keep projects on schedule and running efficiently. Ensure the quality control management of projects. Control and schedule all field inspections. Verify that project work complies with contract documents. Generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction. Upholding high levels of health and safety management in compliance with all codes and laws, and Tremco Policy.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Must be computer literate and competent in Internet software and Microsoft Office. 10 years of experience in commercial/industrial built-up roofing systems and/or 5 years of experience as a Foreman for BUR systems, materials, and their applications, single-ply roofing systems, building construction, and field fabrication of metal work.
Must be able to keep project records and interface with owners, sub-contractors, and Company management.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
WTI Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.
Safety is our number one priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project.
As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the WTI Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI Projects assigned within their respective region.
It is the responsibility of the WTI Foreman Technician to deliver timely service to all our WTI customers.

Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI Crew.

Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.

Complete the project per the scope of work or specification.
The WTI Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure quality repairs and address any items before leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep, and information will be sent daily on the project status.
These items will include detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases, which are all recorded daily.
Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Per pricing procedures, review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy.
Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor before submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.
The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $25.16 and $31.45.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The BIM Specialist is responsible for transforming conceptual layouts to fully installable models that fully integrate into wall system/panel projects and designs by creating structures, objects, and families.
By leveraging a variety of three-dimensional computer assisted design modeling software, the BIM Specialist will support senior modelers and project teams and promote the best tools and system framework for each project with required configurations and deployments.
May lead discipline specific BIM modeling content for design projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: List the job's essential functions or key responsibilities from most important or time-consuming to least (daily, weekly, monthly, annually or another regular/irregular interval) Maintain and develop BIM-related content for the Texas Panel Plant. Create models using Autodesk Revit. Create project specific 2D and 3D drawings and models for project submittals, special projects, bid packages, and product manufacturing (i.e.
panel tickets). Coordinate and assist with any addendum, request for information, change proposal requests and change orders; make necessary revisions to existing drawings. Prepare final drawings based on prior work examples and input from designers and/or engineers. Establish, implement, and maintain quality control procedures. Document BIM standards, processes, procedures, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across projects. Identify and resolve clashes, conflicts, and discrepancies within BIM models to ensure smooth coordination between various disciplines. Collaborate across functions to ensure accurate and timely designs in accordance with established budgets and estimates. Prioritize all work in accordance with project deadlines. Maintain and improve knowledge of drafting techniques, standards, practices, and engineering procedures as well as new and emerging technologies and best practices impacting digital design to enhance productivity and efficiency as well as profits. Manage the implementation of supporting software applications for BIM and project delivery.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree or similar in Design, CAD, Engineering, architecture, or related field. Minimum 2 years experience as a modelling practitioner working with project engineers or managers. Demonstrated knowledge, proficiency, and use of Autodesk tools and systems such as Civil3D, Revit, 3D Studio Max/Stingray, AutoCAD 2017 (or newer), AutoDesk 3DS Max (or newer) and InfraWorks.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated ability to develop BIM drawings from verbal instructions, preliminary layouts, sketches, and project standards. Dedication to personal professional growth and education.
