The Role of the Senior Service Technician
Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs on a wide range of equipment, including compressors, driers, EXVs, TEVs, and control panels.
Perform preventative maintenance on all chiller and rooftop units.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and team members.
Collaborate with technical and office-based colleagues to ensure full understanding of job requirements.
Work closely with coordinators to ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per contract agreements.
Obtain customer approval for all work carried out.
Ensure timely requests for parts to maintain efficient workflow.
Keep coordinators informed of job progress to ensure smooth allocation of future tasks.
Complete and submit job sheets accurately and promptly.
Learn and adapt to new products as necessary.

As the company continue to grow they are looking to invest and train somebody to become a fully skilled HGV Crane Technician.The role compromises various crane-related tasks from helping with the initial vehicle build to the safe set-up and final crane tests.
Finalised by the handover and delivering the customer training of the equipment to ensure the customer leaves with a superior and safe knowledge of crane operation.
The Mechanical Engineer would suit people who may be qualified in HGV mechanics, electrical, engineering or hydraulic equipment.This position would be a customer facing , so customer service skills are important as well as an understanding of health and safety requirements in a testing and handover situation.What will be on offer for the Mechanical Engineer (Crane Technician) position:
