We are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join a Fostering team.

About the team
You will be working for a not-for-profit organisation, responsible for providing a service to foster carers, adopters, children, and young people.
You will ensure the best outcomes for children is achieved at all times, alongside the organisations policies and procedures.
You must provide customised Social Work support to a cohort of foster carers and/or adopters to ensure they provide a safe and secure environment for children.
Other responsibilities will include completing Form F Assessments, attend relevant meetings, regular supervisory visits and partake in the Duty System.
About the role
You will need to have a Social Work degree and previous experience within Fostering is a necessity.
A background in Adoption, Child Protection, Children in Need, Looked After Children, or Leaving Care would also be considered.
Experience of undertaking assessments is essential.

Role Overview: As an Occupational Health Adviser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our valued members of the force.
Your responsibilities will include providing professional advice to management and staff on health-related matters, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and promoting a culture of well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sickness absence consultations and formulate management reports and rehabilitation programs.
Triage Occupational Health referrals and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
Advise on reasonable adjustments and collaborate with external support agencies.
Incorporate Health & Safety legislation and other relevant regulations into daily activities.
Identify, evaluate, and control potential hazards to health and safety in the workplace.
Develop and evaluate well-being and health promotion initiatives.
Deliver presentations and training sessions to promote health and well-being within the Force.
Supervise and develop clinical staff as directed.
Oversee vaccination, health promotion, medical screening, and health surveillance programs.
Key Requirements:
Registered nurse on part 1 of the NMC Register with a specialist qualification in Occupational Health.
Significant post-qualification experience in a clinical setting, with proven ability to apply medical knowledge within a complex organisation.
Previous experience in sickness absence consultations and producing comprehensive management reports.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work autonomously and make evidence-based decisions.
