An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Specialist Occupational Therapist - Eating Disorder Service to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Cheadle, Greater Manchester area.
You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
The hospital is a specialist provider of complex mental health services, providing clinical excellence across 11 wards which include a speciality eating disorder service, CAMHS, rehabilitation, acute and PICU services

As the Specialist Occupational Therapist your key responsibilities include:
Manage a clinical caseload of patients with complex mental health needs
Consider both physical and mental health needs as part of the occupational therapy assessment and treatment
Plan and implement specialist individual and/or group interventions collaboratively, to enable patients to achieve valued goals and satisfactory occupational performance outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely records detailing each patient's rehabilitation/progress.
This will include the provision of specialist occupational therapy and CPA reports
Ensure the effective and efficient management and supervision of Therapy Assistants
Maintain close working relationships with professional and clinical colleagues within the multi disciplinary team, ensuring clinical practice is in line with Priory policies and procedures and complies with statutory regulations and quality standards
Maintain effective communication links with patients, relatives, carers and purchasers, throughout every patient's treatment
Contribute to the development and evaluation of the Occupational Therapy service at the Hospital
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
An enthusiastic and passionate Occupational Therapist
Minimum of one year's experience gained within a related clinical or therapeutic environment
Desirable that the post-holder will have experience managing a caseload of service users with complex needs
Able to show a can-do attitude always
The successful Specialist Occupational Therapist will receive an excellent salary of £35,000 - £38,000 FTE DOE.

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse - CAMHS to work in a spectacular hospital based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester area.

This special hospital offers a comprehensive inpatient specialist mental health service for young people and adults.
The service is dedicated to providing innovative, high quality care and treatment for patients with challenging and complex needs, in order to enable their recovery and re-engagement with the community

*To be considered for this role you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:
Deliver prescribed care to a defined group of patients that reflect their individual needs
Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patients named nurse.
This includes the evaluation and review of these plans, with the patient/Service User, on a frequent basis, that is reflective of their needs
Accurately communicate with, observe and engage with Service Users in order to assess need and evaluate progress.
Understand and participate in relevant quality improvement processes and clinical governance
Provide accurate information about care in an accessible format to residents/service Users and their families
Act as the Nurse in charge of the Ward ensuring as far as reasonable a practicable a safe environment.
Complete notes and incident reports
Escalate concerns appropriately regarding resident/service user well-being, incidents or staffing concerns in a timely manner
Support new/junior/agency staff as required supporting colleagues to complete induction, and deliver person centred care to the standards required
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Knowledge of NMC standards guidelines, requests and professional practices
Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills, IT literate
The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent annual salary of £34,900 - £37,227 per annum DOE.

As the Deputy Ward Manager your key responsibilities include:
Clinical Direction of the service
Provide clinical supervision for the ward team
Implement best practice
Participate fully with the multi-disciplinary team

Experienced in MDT working
Be patient centric and have a commitment to delivering high quality care
Possess fine-tuned decision making skills
Have an excellent organisational capacity and effective communication skills
Be flexible and have a strong “can do” attitude
At least over 2 years post qualified working in CAMHS
The successful Deputy Ward Manager will receive an excellent salary of £38,475 - £41,648 per annum.
This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.
