About the team
This team works with vulnerable adults over the age 18+, this team takes on cases with adults involved in the community setting.
These individuals may have physical disabilities, mental health difficulties and or learning disabilities.
Key responsibilities are to carry out assessments, contribute to care packages and take part in the duty rota.
About you
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with relevant legislation such as Care Act 2014, MCA, Section 42.
A Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required.
Experience of working with OP,PD CMHT or Complex Care will be suitable for this post.
