What will you do?

Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Analysis: Daily/monthly financial analysis and support for the VP Finance and the MRT business.
Monthly preparation of MRT financial statements.
Review and analysis of financial statements variances by segment, brand, and department.
Monitoring of OWC metrics to ensure DOI, DSO and DAP measurement vs.
targets.
Detailed and on-going sales and margin analysis by segment, brand and sku.
Annual GTO (budget) preparation: Work with VP Finance and business segment leaders to build annual revenue and expense targets for the MRT business.
Build budget by business segment and department, manage data loading to OneStream and preparation of ad hoc exhibits, reports and presentations.
Distributor COOP, Rebate and Commission Program Management: Coordinate and partner with segment sales managers and MRT senior executives to manage the distributor programs for Marine segment and NBD for individual distributor and non-direct buy customer buying programs, coop agreements, loyalty growth, rebate programs and commission payments.
Assist VP Finance and Segment sales leaders in quarterly/annual calculation of these programs for presentation to both segment sales managers and customers.
Ensure proper monthly accruals both COOP and rebate programs.
GSC Process / Control Management: Oversee the MRT interface with GSC activities, A/R and A/P.
Ensure on-going business support for internal documentation, execution, and communication of but not limited to, new customer setup, customer credit memo's, new vendor setup, vendor PO's, check disbursements, Concur expense management, etc.
Customer Pricing Management: Coordinate and partner with segment sales managers, customer service and MRT senior executives to establish, implement, communicate, maintain, and document customer pricing & discount structures.
Organization Support: Interface professionally with ICG/MRT senior executives and team members, exercising strong judgement and ability to prioritize activities based on departmental objectives and business needs.
Anticipate the manager's and team's needs and take appropriate action to produce desired outcomes with accuracy and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance or Accounting. Experience managing multiple priorities.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Quality Managers manages the Quality Process to ensure we are effectively meeting our key business metrics and satisfying all customer product requirements.
Key responsibilities include Quality, Lean and Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement with responsibility for ISO quality systems and compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all quality related functions in the plant.
Act as primary plant liaison with Customers dealing with their processing issues.
Participate in the development of specifications for processing, products, and materials.
Work directly with Corporate and local Purchasing on vendor quality or supply issues; assist with vendor selection and qualification.
Manage ISO Quality systems.
Lead the lean/six sigma initiatives in the plant.
Respond to and report on customer complaints - manage the root cause investigation, corrective action implementation and follow up, and the SAP quality process.
Interact professionally and timely both verbally and in writing with customers and sales force.
Develop quality standards for raw materials and finished product.
Oversee all lab functions and personnel, assuring safety and integrity of those operations.
Perform testing on raw materials and finished product as required.
Implement material cost saving plans where and when appropriate.
Participate in annual budget planning.
Assist in all compliance activities, especially HazCom and maintaining SDS system.
Other projects/tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Quality, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials, Polymer, or Business is required.
EXPERIENCE:
4+ years of experience is required. Experience with chemical batch-making operations and quality programs, such as Lean, ISO, Six Sigma, is required.

Learn and understand our MS168 process. Interact with plant staff and senior leaders as part of the daily, weekly, monthly tier meeting cadence. Participate in EHS-related projects as assigned. Assis in ensuring full-compliance with all site-specific EHS requirements.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety program or related field at an accredited college or university.
Must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior in good academic standing.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 7 years of technical sales, field support, sales training, business development, and customer/account management experience is required; or a minimum of 10 years of specialty industry-related experience in lieu of a degree Experience in the construction industry such as an architect, engineer, construction manager, or installation is preferred. Leverages detailed knowledge of products and services offered to ensure that products and services consistently meet customer needs.
Visits customer locations and work sites periodically to ensure customer satisfaction, promote ongoing business and expand reach within commercial and residential build projects. Collaborates with sales leadership to identify key opportunities for revenue growth and product targets within assigned region for inclusion in annual sales compensation planning. Analyzes customer's technical specifications, recommends the best product configuration and installation process, and estimates implementation effort, time, and resources.
Uses technical knowledge of product offerings to advise and support sales teams with pricing estimates, sales quotations, requests for proposals and implementation guidance based on customer requirements.
Reviews sales proposals for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
Develops and delivers technical product presentations and materials used to engage customers and prospects and educate sales teams.
Collaborates with sales teams to troubleshoot problems, develop solutions, and deliver customer training.
Works with the Learning department to implement sales training and onboarding programs to prepare salespeople to discuss products and engage with potential customers or opportunities.
Designs and delivers training sessions on company products, business practices, industry context, competitive information, and other topics as needed. Coaches field sales representatives on product categories technical value, proper execution of strategies, value proposition and general best practices.
Evaluates and provides timely feedback to field sales representatives for growth, professional development, and opportunities for betterment When requested, participates in progress evaluations for field sales representatives tasked with driving the specialized scope
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, building construction, sales/marketing, or other related field preferred; or experience in lieu of degree. Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 7 years of construction industry experience
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 7 years of technical sales, field support, sales training, business development, and customer/account management experience is required; or a minimum of 10 years of specialty industry-related experience in lieu of a degree Experience in the construction industry such as an architect, engineer, construction manager, or installation is preferred. Understanding ICF, masonry, or rebar is a plus. Understanding how a building is constructed is highly preferred. Master-level trade experience preferred

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION:
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $99,000 and $128,700 plus incentive compensation.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

Our Dryvit Engineering Intern will work in conjunction with the Plant Manager, EHS Manager and others to support safety, quality, maintenance, and production processes while learning and utilizing our established process tools such as Process Safety Management, Behavioral Risk Improvement and Lean tools including 5S, A3 Problem Solving, Statistical Process Control and Value Stream Mapping and familiarizing themselves with plant SIOP and the implications of forecasting in a seasonal manufacturing cycle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading small projects for improvement of a process or output.
Collecting data for process waste reduction and presenting solutions for improvement. Participating in facility audits and Gemba walks. Preparing Root Cause Analysis reports for incidents as assigned. Assisting in project management of multi-phase projects. Editing or creating piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID).
Driving continuous improvement processes. Generating MPST projects to drive cost savings and improve efficiency. Working alongside plant leadership to identify, document and execute capital expense projects.
Conducting and/or participating in meetings, communicating information or collaborating on site-specific projects.
Learning and understanding our MS168 process. Interacting with plant staff and senior leaders as part of the daily, weekly, monthly tier meeting cadence.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in chemical, electrical or mechanical engineering at an accredited college or university.
Must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior in good academic standing.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience is necessary, requires the propensity for learning, openness to training and a continuous improvement mindset.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
