Snr AV Project Manager - I am seeking a commercially astute experienced av professional that has delivered multiple large scale (£3mn- £4mn) AV hospitality and AV MDUs projects.
The position will see you mainly working on projects based in London but on occasion further afield.
You must be adept at dealing with main contractors and be exceptional at managing difficult situations and fire fighting on site.
Knowledge of H&S, RAMS, changes and variations needs to be second to none so that AV projects are delivered successfully on time and on budget.
Both client and team liaison / management are an absolute must.
Technical knowledge encompassing Crestron, Lutron, high end audio along with related and switching needs to be clearly defined within your CV if you feel this position is the one you have the skills for.

They are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their head office to add to their current team which is already established and growing
There is a strong team in place but due how this new project they are they are looking for somebody who can come in and ideally hit the ground running so people with no experience will not be suitable.
The ideal candidate will have over 4 years experience in construction and know how to work on a project from inception to completion.
So somebody who can get involved at the tender, price it, appoint sub-contractors and then manage the project until final accounts.

Input to and develop the trade package specific procurement strategy and subsequently the production of tender documents, tender assessment and trade contractor appointment.
Deliver and/or engage with the delivery of post contract duties including payment, cost reporting and trade contract administration.
Engage with and build on existing and new sub-contractors and suppliers.
Deliver better buying, supply chain management to deliver an optimised cost & value solution.
Fulfil the lead role for closing the procurement of trade packages, including the conclusion of tender adjudication to deliver a fixed price lump sum.
Generate, challenge and deliver the principles of Value Management opportunities during design development, tendering and delivery stages of the project.
Working on site with the sub-contractors, monitoring and paying them with completed works

Maintenance Engineer - Norwich
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for a leading food manufacturing company based in Norwich.
This role will be on a 4 on, 4 off rotating day and night shift schedule 2 days 2 nights.
As the Maintenance Engineer you will:
Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and food processing/packaging equipment
Troubleshoot breakdowns and failures to minimize production downtime
Adjust and optimize electrical bias settings to improve machine performance
Use testing tools to analyze values like voltage, amperage, resistance, and PPM
Identify opportunities to enhance equipment operation through electrical bias adjustments
Maintain detailed logs of maintenance and repairs performed
Ensure all work meets safety and production protocols
The ideal candidate has 3+ years experience repairing electrical/emchabnical systems in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
£48,580 per annum
4 on 4 off days and nights 12 hour shifts

YOU MUST BE IN A PAIR FOR THIS JOB (SOMEONE YOU HAVE FOUND) MUST HAVE OWN CAR TO DRIVE TO SITES (DO NOT NEED A VAN JUST A CAR)
CSCS card needed for both Labourers.
Role will include driving to different sites across Cardiff, and surrounding areas and offloading kitchens from a van that you will meet on site.
(You will not carry kitchens in your car, You just need the car to travel to sites).
Must be physically fit and able to carry kitchens to various locations on sites.
Rate: £100 a day for the labourer, £110 for the driving labourer.
£50 bonus in place for any extra batches completed outside of original batch load.
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: On average you will work 6 hours and some days you may only work for an hour.
Regardless you will paid your full day rate.
You will be required to cover anywhere within the region and may sometimes have to do longer drives but will always be paid mileage and always aim to keep you as close to home as possible.
Role is self employed but on a permanent basis - You will be paid the full amount into your bank account and be responsible for declaring your earnings.
Paid 25p per mileage.
