We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-$33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. JOB DESCRIPTION
WTI Commercial Façade Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI Commercial Building Envelope business.
Safety is our number one priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting and project.
As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the WTI Foreman is focused on safety, crew management and efficient execution of all WTI Projects assigned to them.
Travel will be required.
It is the responsibility of the WTI Commercial Foreman to deliver timely and the highest quality service to all our WTI customers.
Actively administers and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
This includes responsibility for conducting safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including: • Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with all onsite project personnel (Sales Rep, Customer, WTI Supt & Crew, Etc) • Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
• Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable. Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: • Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule • WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks • The customer prior to arrival, upon arrival, and upon completion of daily work • WTI Supervisor on safety, schedule changes, project and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management to include managing crew start and end times, production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently completing the assigned project. • Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract & engineering documents.
• Complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be included in daily project status reports.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily.
• Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas.
This responsibility includes job start-up, job execution in accordance to contract specifications, job shut-down, and manpower scheduling, all consistent with the planned costs of the job. • Manages field personnel, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and retaining the quality and number of production personnel needed to meet operating demands.
This responsibility also includes laying off personnel, disciplinary action, employee assistance, and handling union matters relative to employees.
Ensure that all WTI Field Labor will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. • Responsible for the tracking and monitoring project inventory. • Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image. • Has knowledge/understanding and assures assigned projects comply with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e.
OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, Wage and Hour, etc. • Manage, monitor and document performance of WTI Commercial Field Labor and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work related issues.
Consult with WTI Commercial Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. • Contributes to operations by supplying accurate and timely job information, including daily job logs, job file documentation, and compiling information for billing the customer. • Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. • Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and purchasing of company equipment, material, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Supervisor. • Trains employees in proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage. • Coordinates and monitors performance of on-site subcontractors, where appropriate. • Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Commercial Business Manager. • Maintains ethical business conduct
Experience: 5+ years progressive experience in a similar role to include leading teams and technical solutions, training, troubleshooting, etc.
Must be thoroughly familiar with standard façade construction including, masonry, EIFS, Stucco, Curtainwall, metal panels, concrete, plaster and other forms of facade systems and how to properly repair them using Tremco CPG Materials. Oversees the procurement process for all production-related materials, equipment, and supplies.
Qualifies potential suppliers and sets up vendor accounts, ensuring a robust supply chain.

Engages in negotiations to establish favorable vendor terms and agreements.

Validates receipt of proper credit for all vendor material returns and addresses discrepancies.
Rectifies any issues related to shipments or billing with suppliers, maintaining positive relationships.
Ensures that all purchase orders are accompanied by the correct documentation for suppliers.
Keeps up-to-date and detailed vendor information, including contracts, contacts, and pricing.
Oversees the inventory of the supply room, ensuring it includes all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
Monitors ongoing orders and takes action to expedite as needed to guarantee on-time delivery.
EDUCATION & EXPEREINCE REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree + 1 year of experience or HS degree + 5 years of experience.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to use Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.)

We are seeking individuals with experience in general construction, commercial roofing, building envelope, and general labor to join our team.
$20-33/hour

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Masonry & Tuckpointing Concrete Restorations, Caulking Waterproofing Parking Garage Restoration Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrate safe work practices. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
Job Requirements:
Reliable form of transportation Acceptable background check per company standards Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Experience in general construction, commercial roofing, and/or building envelope a plus! The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.
