Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Masonry & Tuckpointing Concrete Restorations, Caulking Waterproofing Parking Garage Restoration Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrate safe work practices. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
Job Requirements:

The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed.
The Field Resource Inspector will complete and be responsible for all types of job site inspections including: TremCare, Job Site, QA and QA Plus.
The Inspection technician is responsible for daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to the performance of inspection services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services.
They are to be on time and complete work scheduled.
The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication. All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and confirm all work orders scheduled. Completion of all safety related activities using the designated tools mandated by Tremco Take photos to document phases of work performed on the job
Job Site Inspection specific: Ensure the Spec has been read and will be taken to the project location.- Job Site Inspection specific Check materials for specification compliance, material type and proper storage Walk the roof with the Foreman.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Panel Production Coordinator ensures the seamless integration of design specifications and manufacturing processes, through accurate drawings and measurements, efficient material tracking, and optimal production operations and planning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and track the usage of materials throughout the production process and conduct periodic checks to ensure adherence to production schedules and material utilization targets to meet customer order expectations. Utilize CAD software to accurately capture field dimensions and translate them into precise design specifications for panels. Develop detailed and accurate 2D drawings for fabrication tickets, providing clear and comprehensive instructions for the production team. Prepare accurate cut sheets to optimize material cuts, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency in the production process. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and adherence to project milestones and deadlines. Convert CAD drawings into Alpha CAM files suitable for CNC machines, ensuring seamless translation of design specifications into the manufacturing processes and instructions. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-$33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
