GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Estimator supports the Panelization/Facades business by providing detailed material takeoffs, project estimates, and technical details for client inquiries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement processes for estimating, on-screen material takeoff, and scope reviews to provide added value to the extended sales team and client base.
Follow standard operating procedures for project estimating and manufacturing process development.
Prepare all aspects of an estimate including interpreting specifications and architectural drawings, understanding addendums, RFIs, and all other related documents that pertain to the project for bidding purposes.
Interpret the construction schedule for materials to be installed.
Compute overall costs associated with the project (material and panel fabrication) Create and maintain a database for all projects to include all job cost estimate breakdown documentation provided to the project coordination team.
Assist in the development of written text/illustrations for catalog and installation or design support literature for new product launches.
Convert AutoCAD documents to PDF, GIF, JPEG, EPS, WMF, and other file formats.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Associates or Bachelors degree in commercial construction or similar preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum of two year's experience in commercial construction, exterior wall cladding, technical service or similar

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Technical Application Specialist ensures proper application of Commercial Sealant & Waterproofing products in accordance with company and industry guidelines by providing both on-site and office-based problem resolution assistance.
This individual is a technical liaison between the business and Tremco's field-based internal and external stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide or obtain accurate and timely product application, qualification, and/or troubleshooting services to internal colleagues and external business partners Assist with general on-site product application, training, and general substrate review.
Assist with the generation and maintenance of technical documentation and collateral with various internal departments.
Examples include application instructions, technical data sheets, technical marketing collateral, product training programs, 3rd party testing/validation reports, and other product assets.
Assist in the collection of laboratory data forproject and/or product-specific testing.
Assist with and/or perform in-field and in-house analytical lab testing to confirm the chemical compatibility and physical adhesion properties of Tremco products on specified jobs, for evaluating new areas of application, new product development, and competitive product analysis.
Conduct jobsite observations/evaluations with customers and field sales reps to make accurate and timely product and installation recommendations.
Compose official letters and/or corporate communiques, including installation instructions, job qualification parameters, and competitive product comparisons along with assisting in the development of detail drawings to help secure sales opportunities.
Provide or obtain accurate and timely answers to inquiries on product usage, comparative competitive products, web-site navigation, product specifications, repair techniques, assessment and/or remedial course of action recommendations for jobsite problems, environmental regulations, construction sequencing, and technical product property questions.
Ensure product performance through proper recommendation of jobsite qualification and application techniques.
Possess and leverage a basic knowledge of Tremco's product portfolio.
Learn assigned core product line technology while assisting higher level Application Specialists with occasional direction.
Provide clear written and verbal technical support and product recommendations to internal and external stakeholders including sales representatives, technical representatives, owners, architects, engineers, contractors, installers, etc.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED required.

The Kettle Operator is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card.
The operator is responsible for area readiness to produce which includes safety and collection and preparation of materials like pails, drums, and other chemical raw materials.
One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE: No prior experience is required.

At least 10 years of progressive experience in managing functions and departments dealing with procurement and sourcing issues in a large manufacturing company; CPG and/or chemical industry experience desirable.
Knowledge of offshore sourcing and importing issues will be highly valued.
Five or more years of direct management experience of procurement professionals is desirable. Knowledge and experience with business principles and techniques of administration, organization, and procurement management, including a general knowledge of procurement and cost analysis, and current business trends and developments in domestic and international sourcing. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Compliance Administrator, Contracts is primarily responsible for coordinating Stonhard installation partner vendor setup and compliance, including but not limited to Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for multiple simultaneous projects - enrollment, monitoring, and closeout.
Primary goal is to ensure that installation partners remain compliance, and enrollments are completed prior to project kick-off or customer deadlines, whichever is earliest.
Cultivates positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure open communication and collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sets up and maintains installation partner information, including Agreements, Amendments, banking information, and insurance, adhering to Stonhard vendor setup policies. Processes installer tool and supply purchases.
Coordinates weekly installation partner accounts payable statements and related transactions and transmits to accounting for payment. Audits statement activity and raises concerns to Supervisor and Stonhard leadership. On an ongoing basis, monitors and coordinates subcontract compliance with Master Installation Agreement requirements; including but not limited to insurance policy limits and renewals, per project certified payroll, and MIA addendums.
Monitors per project compliance requirements related to Stonhard and installation partner Controlled Insurance Programs. Ensures on-time Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for Stonhard and subcontractors, including monthly payroll reporting, monitoring, and closeout. Monitors, Stonhard state contractor licenses ensuring compliance and on-time renewal. Develops and recommends document retention requirements as needed.
Develops and monitors necessary reporting to remain compliant. Assist in the creating of outside contractor subcontracts as needed, and as directed by Regional Supervisor. Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or Stonhard leadership. Supports other administrative responsibilities, as assigned.
Cross-trained in contract team and sales administration responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent with continuing education 3+ years of related work experience in compliance, project administration, sales operations, or customer service Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Highly organized, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, keeping track of deadlines and obligations with strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset Works well as part of a team
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or the equivalent coursework in a related specialty field

PROGRAM BACKGROUND:
This youth workforce program is funded by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center with the goal of creating pathways to employment for Massachusetts vocational technical high school seniors into union and non-union roles in the green construction industry.
The Achieve Green program builds off of the "Rising Stars" career exposure program which students participate in during the spring of junior year and fall of senior year.
Students who demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career in green construction may join the "Achieve Green" pathway program.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Reporting to the Director of the Rising Star Program, The Achieve Green Program Manager will be responsible for the support and growth of the clean energy/climate/green jobs "Achieve Green (AG)" workforce development program.
This includes oversight of the day-to-day program operation and management as well as strategy and program expansion.
The role requires an individual to support candidates from acceptance to final job placement within existing pathways and to assist in the design, execution and launch of an additional program pathway build outs.

Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.

The Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III).

Review and approve customer orders through credit procedures and collect on assigned past due accounts.
Essential Functions:
Review orders that are on credit hold status and make necessary arrangements to approve those orders. Customer - request and review bank/trade references, Dun & Bradstreet credit reports, and if necessary financial statements.

Reconcile customers' accounts timely to keep customers accounts up to date. This position works and communicates closely with customer service, sales, and accounting departments, in addition to Carboline customers, so strong verbal and written communication required. Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
