* luxury, boutique properties. The role will be reporting to the Hotel General Manager, and in short you'll be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of Food & Beverage Operations.
You'll be directing, implementing, and maintaining a service and management philosophy, which will ultimately support, train, direct, focus, & help staff members have continuous success. We are looking for those who have successfully overseen F&B operations within 5
* luxury/boutique properties in the past, and those who are at least WSET Level 2 certified.
Prior luxury/remote island experience will of course be preferred too. What you'll be doing:
