Key Responsibilities for the Trade Compliance Specialist:
- The Trade Compliance Specialist will manage and oversee the UK administration and control of exports for controlled goods, software, and technology.
This includes communicating with impacted parties to ensure seamless integration with relevant business processes and transactions.
- Assist the Compliance team in conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) checks.
- Ensure all systems and folders used for export monitoring and control are utilized and maintained effectively according to established procedures.

- Guarantee adherence to all relevant policies and procedures for export control.
Maintain proper registration upkeep for all necessary licenses and permits.

- Facilitate the authorisation signature process and maintain comprehensive records for all TAA support activities.
- The Trade Compliance Specialist will provide admin support to the compliance team including maintaining training records and for local staff.
- Provide and maintain metrics as defined by the Senior Export Control Manager.
- Conduct annual self-assessments to identify gaps and areas of risk across all areas of involvement and communicate these to the team.
- Support the Senior Export Control Manager to perform internal export control audits on each main exporting hub, including Norway, The Netherlands, Singapore, and the UK.
- Support the Senior Export Control Manager and other parts of the organization on specific projects as appropriate.

Sales Administrators can be found in almost all types of Motor Trade Businesses, from Car Dealerships to Commercial Dealerships, Accident Repair Centres and Parts Factors.
They provide administration support to the Sales Team, which is an important role as it means the Sales Team can focus on selling!
General duties include monitoring vehicle deliveries and maintaining stock records, processing vehicles for transfer and ensuring all records are kept up-to-date, analysing month end sales invoices and generating reports as well as liaising with manufacturers on delivery times and keeping customers informed on their delivery times.
Regardless of whether you are a Sales Administrator in a Main Dealership or a Body shop, this role is both logistical and administrative and therefore requires a highly organised individual with commercial awareness and the ability to deliver the highest standards of service.

Experience working in an implementation capacity (implementation/upgrade, build, configuration, testing, training, support) on a project to install or upgrade commercial software applications.
Business/Systems Analysis experience including stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, process mapping, process analysis and improvement.
Experience of working with ERP or enterprise level applications (Such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Fusion, SAP, Salesforce, or similar)
Some experience of systems integration.

Experience of any of the following - SQL Server database administration, SQL scripting and/or the development of ETL process for data migration or interfacing
In depth interfacing experience (APIs, Web Services, SSIS, etc)
Relevant certification (such as BCS Business Analyst, PRINCE2, MS SQL DBA, Agile or similar)
