We are seeking a capable and experienced Mental Health or Paediatric Nurse to lead the Child and Adolescent Mental Health team in the capacity of Operational Manager on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.Supporting the Associate Director and Clinical Director as part of the senior management team you will lead the CAMHS service ensuring that the team provides a high quality and equitable service to all patients supporting the development of specialist functions for individual clinicians ensuring there are no gaps in service provision.Please note; Guernsey has adopted the AfC banding system, but have applied their own salary scale, as above.The Guernsey Band 8A salary range from 1st Jan is £67,355 to £80,716 plus an annual bonus of £1,605 Annual leave starts at 36 days up to 42 days with full credit for NHS service for annual leave and sick leave.The island of Guernsey is in the Channel Islands and has a population of 65,000.
