What's required:
Ideally experience of Selling and running Key Accounts supplier side within the Automotive Aftermarket Trade.
Definitely the ability to Sell via complex distribution platforms and understand the intricacies of competitive distribution platforms and trade buying group consortiums.
Previous Key Account Management or Territory Sales Management experience is without doubt required.
Ability to spot opportunities to maximise Business Development activity with existing and potentially new customers.
Confident presenter able to handle Sales & Negotiation situations competently, enthusiastically and successfully.
Bright infectious character able to win hearts and minds in a tough trade distribution environment.

The role will involve managing your own caseload of Commercial Litigation cases including but not limited to Director disputes/disqualification, breach of contracts, any other contractual disputes, insolvency, shareholders rights and others.

Our client is looking for a driving labourer to assist their existing labourer
(MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE)
CSCS green card needed
Role will include driving to different sites across Colchester, and surrounding areas and offloading kitchens from a van that you will meet on site.
You will not carry kitchens in your car.
You just need the car to travel to sites.
Must be physically fit and able to carry kitchens to various locations on sites.
Rate: £110 for the driving labourer.
£50 bonus in place for any extra batches completed outside of original batch load.
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: On average you will work 6 hours and some days you may only work for an hour.
Regardless you will paid your full day rate.
You will be required to cover anywhere within the region and may sometimes have to do longer drives but will always be paid mileage and always aim to keep you as close to home as possible.
Role is self employed but on a permanent basis - You will be paid the full amount into your bank account and be responsible for declaring your earnings.
Paid 25p per mileage.

Directly support tenants to manage their tenancy, assisting them with housing benefit claims, and signposting them to relevant support services, liaising with support services where required.
Conduct initial and regular assessments of potential or actual service users, including any risks, needs, and requirements, to determine eligibility for the service, taking necessary action where required.
Work with the Housing Management Team to ensure correct tenancies are issued, sign up new tenancies, and ensure service users understand and accept tenancy obligations.
Work closely with the Asset Management team to ensure property standards are maintained, repairs are reported in a timely manner, and properties are suitable for letting and safe occupation.
Maximize rent collection and adhere to the arrears management policy and procedure.
Professional & Technical Expertise:

Work collaboratively with key internal partners in Quality, Policy, HR, Finance, and IT to deliver the best possible service to users.
May deputize for the Area Manager as required and lead on specific portfolio responsibilities as identified.
Be prepared to work flexibly across more than one area if required.
Organizational Performance and Compliance:
Ensure initial and regular assessments of potential or actual service users, including any risks, needs, and requirements, are delivered by direct reports.
Ensure all required health & safety checks are undertaken and necessary remedial action is taken.
Set individual and team performance targets as agreed with your manager and ensure they are delivered, including working within income and budget targets.
Maintain up-to-date records via relevant systems within specified timeframes and produce reports as required.
