Our client is now expanding and is looking for a Estimating Manager to join their established team.
As Estimating Manager, you will work alongside the already established motivated, and successful sales discipline on design and build projects across the globe.
Key Responsibilities as Estimating Manager
- Estimating new projects, preparation and presentation of bids
- Support Business development, contracts, Design and Drawing Office
- Working with established clients to provide suitable estimates and proposals and build relationships and negotiate with clients and main contractors to win new orders.
- Working with clients face to face and some travel may be expected from time to time
- Chair technical launch meetings
Experience as Estimating Manager
- Previous estimating and bidding experience within a busy fast-paced environment.
- Can work with and understand technical engineering drawings.
- Able to undertake technical and financial calculations.
- Team player
- Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills

Our client is looking for a driving labourer to assist their existing labourer
(MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE)
CSCS card needed
Role will include driving to different sites across Bristol and surrounding areas and offloading kitchens from a van that you will meet on site.
You will not carry kitchens in your car.
You just need the car to travel to sites.
Must be physically fit and able to carry kitchens to various locations on sites.
Rate: £110 for the driving labourer.
£50 bonus in place for any extra batches completed outside of original batch load.
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: On average you will work 6 hours and some days you may only work for an hour.
Regardless you will paid your full day rate.
You will be required to cover anywhere within the region and may sometimes have to do longer drives but will always be paid mileage and always aim to keep you as close to home as possible.
Role is self employed but on a permanent basis - You will be paid the full amount into your bank account and be responsible for declaring your earnings.
Paid 25p per mileage.

My client holds a number of key commercial contracts across the UK.
They are currently searching for a new Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join their team to continue providing the best possible service to their customers.
They are looking for an engineer to cover Aberdeen and surrounding areas with bi-weekly trips to Dundee, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Ideal candidate locations could include: Aberdeen, Dufftown, Grantown-on-Spey, Aviemore, Banchory, Westhill or surrounding areas.
Other job titles could include: Facilities Maintenance Engineer, Facilities Engineer, Maintenance Assistant, Mobile Plumber, Mobile FM Engineer, Building Services Engineer or Mobile Handyperson.
The Role: Facilities Maintenance Assistant:
- To assist the maintenance team in ensuring that services and facilities within the site operate effectively, efficiently and safely
- To assist the maintenance team in the preparation, implementation and monitoring of weekly, monthly and annual planned preventative maintenance schedules
- Day-to-day decisions to ensure that services and facilities within the site operate effectively, efficiently and safely
- Carrying out general repairs on anything from leaky pipes and taps to fixing doors and hinges

- Holds a plumbing qualification or has equivalent practical hands-on experience repairing or fault finding on plumbing appliances.

- Good communication skills
- Willingness to take any further appropriate training
- Highly motivated
- Full clean driving licence
Package Details - Facilities Maintenance Engineer:
