Experience in overseeing external contractors and performing minor repairs.
Familiarity with the social housing sector is hugely beneficial for the role.
Skills and Abilities
Competence in building maintenance.
Excellent customer care and communication skills.
Ability to organise workload independently.
Must have used PDA device.
Proficient in record-keeping and issuing instructions.
Full UK Driving Licence.
DBS Check Required
