DAP is looking to hire Plant Engineering Manager for the Tipp City, OH plant. The Plant Engineering Manager as a member of the plant leadership team, is responsible for, planning and coordination of engineering activities at the production plant.
Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving and maintaining safety goals relative to the maintenance and engineering functions at a Process Safety Management/Risk Management Plan (PSM/RMP) regulated plant Responsible for safety devices, safe design, etc.
of all equipment. Responsible for ensuring process safety information (PSI) is maintained and updated. Responsible for technical support is available during process hazard analyses (PHAs). Monitors corrective action items related to incident investigations, RCAs, audits, PHA recommendations, MOC plans, agency inspections, etc.

Ensure completion of projects within budgets, and timelines Develop and maintain annual capital budget and 5-year capital plan.
Perform project descriptions, capital appropriation request and cost justification.
Establish best practice to achieve goals on quality scorecard, manufacturing standards, and equipment packing process. Drive continuous improvement to improve plant overall equipment effectiveness.
Maintain cost saving ideas/project pipeline.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience. 7+ years of relevant experience. AutoCAD, Project and Contractor Management skills. Leadership and organizational skills Demonstrated skill in solving complex technical problems. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

Position Summary:
Carboline is seeking an EH&S Specialist located at our manufacturing facility in Lake Charles, LA. This person would be responsible for implementing and managing the environmental, health, safety, security, and emergency response programs for the local production and distribution facility.
We are looking for a dynamic trainer and behavior-based safety implementer for this facility.
This position will spend a lot of time on the production floor interacting with employees and supervisors identifying improvements in best practices and improving safety within processes.
PSM experience, hazardous waste management and someone that has worked within a Chemical processing facility is preferred!
Requirements:
• Minimum of a BS degree in a safety, regulatory, or chemical related discipline or equivalent experience.
(Industrial Safety preferred.) • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in safety, regulatory, and/or chemical fields. • Strong working knowledge of the OSHA process safety management regulations (PSM). • Proven experience as safety manager. • Ability to produce reports and develop relevant policies. • Experience in data analysis and risk assessment. • Excellent organizational and motivational skills. • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires some physical activity including but not limited to standing/kneeling/walking/sitting on concrete for approximately 50% of work day.
This position could also require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day.
Lifting up to 50 pounds; exposure to dust and chemicals including but not limited to: Amines, Polyamides, Isocyanates, Epoxies, Alkyds, Acrylics, and certain inorganic compounds.
Personal protective equipment would be utilized. This position will require travel by air and/or car including nighttime and overnight up to 25% of the time.
Essential Functions:
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal EH&S regulations including written programs, record keeping, reports, inspections, monitoring, testing, and training. • Establish local EH&S goals and objectives along with the timely and accurate reporting mechanisms. • Coordinate the investigation of incidents (including near misses and losses) and accidents to determine root causes and assists in the development of corrective and preventive action plans. • Serve as the site liaison to local emergency response providers. • Develop and conduct environmental, safety and health training programs to ensure employee's knowledge, understanding and adherence to safety and environmental regulations. • Serve as Facility Security Officer to implement and maintain facility security requirements as required by the Department of Homeland Security. • Conduct EH&S reviews for new product development, facility modification, product manufacturing modifications and new equipment/machinery installations per the OSHA PSM standard. • Create and update compliance-related standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job hazard analysis (JHAs). • Administer and monitor industrial hygiene sampling and communicate exposure information and/or personal protective equipment requirements to employees. • Report on health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics. • Maintain the health & safety statistics database • Provide coaching and support to employees, supervision, and management to proactively address safety, health, and environmental risks and concerns, • Initiate or assist in efforts to continuously improve the overall working environment in the facility. • Provide technical assistance, training and work direction to colleagues in other departments. • Analyze problems, identifying alternative solutions, and implementing recommendations in support of the Company safety goals and objectives. • Identify potential or actual areas of non-compliance through regular auditing and inspections and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken. • Review and develop profiles for classification of hazardous waste. • Responsible for timely disposal of process waste and waste finished goods. • Provide support to the Corporate Director of EH&S. • Perform other duties as needed to support the overall mission of the facility and the company.

Collaborates with management to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for project site injury and incident notification, investigation, and case management.
Maintains a written log of safety inspection activities, reports, and correspondence. Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals, internal policies and procedures, contract documents, and good engineering practices. Provides technical support to project managers. Develops and maintains project cost/change controls, and project budget and accounting records. Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and submittals. Reports the status of projects to business and market leaders. Participates in team meetings and provides regular on-site project presence.
This job requires minimum of 10 years of experience and/or knowledge in the following areas:
Environmental Permitting and Compliance OSHA compliance Experience in implementation and administration of OSHA and Environmental programs in a chemical/Food manufacturing facility with knowledge of batch and/or continuous processes Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment Leadership of EHS reviews of various new and existing processes Leadership of Management of Change protocols for the site Leadership of Waste Management protocols for the site Knowledge and/or experience in worker exposure assessments Knowledge of security requirements for chemical/Food manufacturing facilities Interpretation of Safety Data Sheets and Technical Data Sheets Knowledge of Global Harmonization Standards Preparation of numerous plans, procedures, and reports to Government Agencies and other required parties including landlord householder Strong documentation and recordkeeping skills Training of manufacturing workers in all aspects of EHS&S Proven track record of successfully working with regulatory agencies on detailed permitting issues, plant inspections, etc. Knowledge of additional compliance requirements such as TSCA or DOT

APCOA Parking are currently looking for a Parking Supervisor to work on the Govia Thameslink Railway contract based in Crawley.
This is a pivotal role for the team assisting the operations manager through supervision of the car parking operations across the GTR estate.
You will be responsible for a team of car park patrol attendants, ensuring efficient and effective operation of all car parking and related activities across your area.
This role is working Monday - Friday either 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm.
There may be some weekend or bank holiday work if required.

What you'll do
- Ensure correct front-line staffing levels are in place & correct site visits are being completed by the front-line team to ensure KPIs are met.
- Supervision off all front-line staff during core business hours, to be assisted by Operations Manager where required.
- Carrying out regular site audits to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Monitoring performance, service & quality of the Companys sites & staff & taking all pertinent action to communicate/advise and assist in line with the Company standards.
- Identification, response, & resolution of any on site related car parking issues.
- Reporting any untoward incidents concerning members of staff to the Operations Manager & ensuring they are recorded correctly on QM.
- Recruitment, induction, training, performance management of all staff, managing disciplinary issues in line with site & Company policy.
- Ensuring all company policies & employee communications are effectively conveyed to frontline staff for all related car park operations, standards, discipline, training, & development.
- Management of car park/security incidents including attendance/escalation of any incident & liaison with the required emergency services as appropriate
- Ensure all frontline staff are compliant with health & safety procedures & standards.
- To assist with senior administrator & Operations Manager, to ensure all Parkway & ANPR related issues are resolved within the agreed SLA.
- Undertaking any additional duties as requested by the Operations Manager

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all sub-contractors.
Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
Also, responsible for Sales and Service Support, Field Resources, and Customer Management communication as necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.
Conceptual Phase (estimates & schedules) Program Planning Phase Design Phase Conduct Prebid Construction Phase Conduct Pre-construction Effective Close-out Cost Estimates and schedules Use of ebuilder for all project documentation per policy manual. Accountable for project cost/budget variance & profitability. Accountable for Quality Assurance. Understanding of subcontractor agreement and corrective measures of notification to subcontractor per the executed agreement.
Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Set project timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required. Coordinate work with Program Managers, Sales & Service Support, Customer Management (WTI & Tremco Roofing), and Resource Management. Participate in the Preventive and Corrective Action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.
pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Sign-off on project billings. Responsible for change order negotiation and approval.

Conducts Pre-Bid Meeting, agenda outlines the required format of the Pre-Bid Meeting.
Document responses from Pre-Bid meeting minutes are documented or audio recorded and compiled into meeting Minutes on the form. Receives and processes Pre-Bid Meeting Agenda and Sign-In form.
Forwards published copies to local Tremco Representative, Superintendent, Facility Contact, and Roofing Subcontractor. Bidding Stage Publishes, approves, and distributes Addendum (where applicable) Receives and reviews bids and agreements
Pre-construction Stage:
Provides established Project Schedule. Assists the Superintendent in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting. Provides the superintendent with necessary subcontractor information, such as site-specific safety plans, certificates, etc., from the Bid Form prior to the Pre-Construction Meeting. Conducts and processes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation and distributes to all applicable parties.
Construction Stage:
