GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Maintenance Supervisor has the direct responsibility for leadership of the maintenance department as well as maintaining and upgrading the site facilities and production equipment.
In addition, this position is responsible for the management of the Preventative/Predictive Maintenance Program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and direct maintenance projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration and implementation of technical activities. Support the HS&E, Quality and Service, and Productivity/Cost sections of the facility plan as defined by scorecard activities. Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment. Manage the Preventative/Predictive Maintenance Program to ensure it reduces downtime and improves overall reliability of production and production supporting machinery. Develop KPI's to track Maintenance performance. Support capital project requirements for review and submission to management including costs, schedule, and procedures.
Direct, review, and approve product design and changes consistent with Management of Change (MOC) procedures. Analyze annual utility expenditures and develop plan to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity in hiring and promotion decisions. Effectively and efficiently onboard new employees. Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide ongoing performance feedback, maintaining clear and timely documentation. Coach and manage employees using CS&W philosophy and tools to ensure talent is developed and retained. Apply Tremco policies and adheres to processes to ensure compliance and organizational best practices. Run Tier 1 and attend Tier 2 meetings with relevant Maintenance updates and actions.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Various trade certifications i.e.
electrical, pipefitter, etc.
preferred. EXPERIENCE: Four to seven years related experience and/or training A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with plant safety practices, chemical processes, equipment maintenance, statistical applications, and equipment operations are also required.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment repairs.
PLC experience is a plus.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Indicate if required or preferred. Knowledge of the practical application of sound engineering and chemical plant practices.
This includes applying engineering principles and techniques to process design for the production of products and intermediates. Knowledge of arithmetic, statistical methods, "Lean" concepts, ISO procedures, and their applications.
Ability to apply Excel, Word, and SAP applications to daily job responsibilities with an emphasis on system driven solutions.

The Kettle Operator is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card.
The operator is responsible for area readiness to produce which includes safety and collection and preparation of materials like pails, drums, and other chemical raw materials.
One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE: No prior experience is required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Basic Computer Skills required (Windows Familiarity).
Lean and VFM (Visual Factory Management) skills and/or willingness to train.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Social Media: Partner with social media to develop a cohesive content strategy that leverages insights from other channels to improve content messaging and scheduling.
Utilize key social media insights to influence strategic decisions beyond content development. Web and SEO: Collaborate to optimize content planning and development that addresses end-user needs and aligns with overall business priorities.
Provide input on content optimization for search engines and enhanced website performance. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of content marketing initiatives, utilizing data insights to optimize content strategy, drive continuous improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Lead the implementation, planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing, leveraging segmentation, personalization, and automation to deliver targeted content to subscribers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI tools for content creation, optimization, and performance analysis.
Integrate AI-driven insights into content strategy and execution, driving innovation and maximizing impact. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.

GENERAL SUMMARY: Modern Recreational Technologies, a division of RPM Corp, is seeking an experienced, motivated key account manager with previous experience in sales, distribution, management, and key account experience for its Marine/Yacht segment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent business acumen, communication skills and product and assortment experience.
Candidate will also demonstrate an ability to manage cross functional teams at all levels.

MRT owns several leading brands in three recreational market segments: including marine, motorsports & RV, and Aquatics & Parks.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements. Key Account Manager for top National Marine distributors. Manage and execute MAP (Mutual Action Plans) for all direct buy customers with assistance from sales and technical team. Expand relationship with key stakeholders in sales channel process by constantly providing solutions. Serve as link between customer and internal teams. Develop and maintain relationships with MRT senior executives. Coordinate new product updates, catalog updates and other marketing support items between distributor and MRT marketing. Manage and update of Salesforce CRM, Dynamics 365, Power BI. Coordinate training with Key Account sales managers, sales teams and MRT sales and technical staff. Maintain MRT Marine distribution document, including 5-year growth plan.
Network with industry professional groups such as NMDA, NMMA, IBEX, ABBRA and various trade associations and any other professional groups.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
Run trash compactor in Plant #2 alley.
Keep alley clean. Clean tubs in Plant #1, by hand or by tub washer equipment as required. Pick up rags on a daily basis and store them in proper container.
Rags are watered down nightly in Plant #1. Load trash truck and sort skids. Clean all Lunch and Locker rooms in the manufacturing area. Keep up to Date inventory of cleaning supplies.
Order as needed. Run vacuum hoses in Plant #2 in designated areas. Do whatever cleaning inside or outside that is required. Maintain a clean work area. Safely operate all equipment associated with a given process.
Use prescribed safety equipment, when performing duties. Communicate any variations/problems to appropriate Management Personnel.
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Have the ability to read, write, and speak English and to understand simple math.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must pass lift truck operator's test.
