DAP is looking to hire a Product Lead - Commercial & Digital Data in our IT Department.
Summary:
The Product Lead - Commercial and Digital Data, is responsible for the strategic development and operations of the commercial and digital data practice including managing staffing requirements, optimizing processes and technology, and ensuring highly effective utilization of IT commercial applications and capabilities.
The role is expected to work closely with business executives and stakeholders in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support commercial and digital data solutions to satisfy essential business and collaboration needs.
In addition, this position will strive to maintain relevant commercial platform and digital integration skills throughout the organization's landscape to drive optimization and ensure compliance of all needed audit requirements.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning Engage collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize new features and create an actionable, strategic roadmap with a well-defined backlog. Partner with development team to understand execution tradeoffs to determine execution feasibility of the product features and translate the features into actionable requirements Ensure we are delivering high quality solutions with a strong sense of accountability Maintain the appropriate tracking mechanisms and metrics; providing status updates, demos, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to stakeholders. Delivery Continually strive to improve the efficiency and usability of our commercial solutions, leveraging your ongoing research and understanding of business needs. Ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-use requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues. Review and analyze existing application effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems. Develop, implement, and maintain all key commercial and digital data application management policies and procedures Analyze existing operations and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the commercial and digital data platforms. Conduct research and remain current with the latest data technologies and solutions in support of future commercial capabilities and utilization. Operational Management Assist other developers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing and developing commercial and digital data solutions. Provide expertise and support to end users and other members of the IT support team. Manage commercial product staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, and evaluation actions. Ensure change management practices conform to organization-wide standards. Assist in the provisioning of end-user services, including support services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Economics, or related. 5+ years Commercial Products and Digital Data experience 3+ years IT Product Lead experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to communicate complex technical issues to all stakeholders. Demonstrated experience running initiatives through agile development processes. Passion for improving product development and adopting new technologies. Flexibility in a fast-paced environment with competing/changing priorities. Highly logical thinker who can work in a team and cross functional environment.

General Purpose:

Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused. Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.

Responsibilities
End User Activity
Evaluate incoming tickets to identify patterns, analyze current toolset and gather end-user requirements to provide recommendations for optimization.
Manage incoming support tickets from end users, including documenting details, providing troubleshooting steps and resolution.
Install, maintain and support end user software.
End Point Activity
Manage the end point lifecycle process and make recommendations for optimization.
Lead efforts, and provide guidance on, defining the future end point strategy.
Manage the configuration of new end points (laptop, desktop, RF).
Manage End Point vendor relationships.
General IT Duties
Maintain a working relationship with people of varying personalities.
Participate in monthly maintenance downtime as needed.
Participate in on-call support rotation.
Assist with other facets of IT Infrastructure operations as needed.
Requirements
Associate degree or specialty technical training required. 1 to 2 years of experience with imaging, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. 1 to 2 years of technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MAC OS operating systems. 1 to 2 years of experience with troubleshooting the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Knowledge of TCP/IP principals, including DNS and DHCP Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline. Problem solver will need to analyze cause and effect relationships as they relate to IT Operations. Ability to successfully manage relationships with people that have varying personalities. Ability to identify business and IT technical requirements. Ability to support cross-team collaboration to ensure your focus area integrates with the overall solutions. ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
The primary result expected from the Floating Night Shift Supervisor is to supervise the people at the facility and ensure the safe manufacture of products.
This is done by organizing and executing the shift production work schedule (as dictated via the production plan), to maintain a safe, efficient and organized working environment, and to provide leadership/guidance to all shift personnel.
This person will work in conjunction with both the 2nd shift and 3rd shift supervisors, when they are present and also cover either 2nd or 3rd shift, as needed when the supervisors are on vacation or call off sick.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensures that all plant operations adhere to DayGlo business and RPM corporate EH&S requirements, procedures, reporting and programs. Direct and coordinate the activities of all employees on the shift, in all departments. Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
Ensure the planning and scheduling of orders for plant production to maximize use of manpower and fulfill customer service requirements. Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs. Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between plants. Confer with management and others to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances. Interpret specifications, work orders, and company policies and procedures for employees. Gathers information, completes, and distributes end of shift reports.
Enforce work rules and administer discipline as required. Apply MS-168/Continuous Improvement principles to all aspects of the manufacturing process to drive improvement in production efficiency, product quality, and employee engagement. Ensure effective MS-168 Tier 1 meetings across departments. Ensure all departments are maintained in a clean, orderly and efficient fashion through utilization of 5S principles.
Train, motivate, and manage the hourly production staff within the manufacturing process.
Oversee performance skills matrix updates, initiates commendations, improvement plans and disciplinary action, as required. Work with/coordinates efforts between Quality Control, Engineering, R&D, and Maintenance departments for continual improvement of production efficiency and quality.
Prepares and maintains accurate data reporting and analysis, as required, and provides management with appropriate information.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
3 - 5 years departmental/plant experience in a Chemical manufacturing environment, preferably with liquid tint dispersions.
Must be a role model from an EH&S standpoint.
Must possess proper supervisory skills to ensure all direct reports and efficiently together to achieve business goals.
Must possess an ability to solve problems and work effectively to motivate/influence people.
