Installation Manager

The Installation Manager covers a Geographical region of around 3 to 4 counties, with approximately 6 to 8 Installation teams and is supported by a Planning Administrator in the office.
Purpose of the Installation Manager:
- To oversee the allocated Geographical Region of Conservatory Roof Installations & Service
- To work continuously to improve the number of installations completed on the 1st visit by improving process and working practice
- To identify and implement training requirements within the Installations Teams ensuring that all Team Members are fulfilling their role and satisfying customer requirements
Responsibilities as Installation Manager:
- Pre-Installation Planning Ensuring each team has everything they need to do the job 1st time, every time
- Collaborating with the Surveyors to ensure accurate method statements are provided to the Installation Teams with all H & S considerations
- Collaborating with the Warehouse teams to ensure each installation is prepared ready for the teams to collect with every item
- Liaising with both the Planning Manager & Contract Administration Team to ensure that all issues from customers relating to their installation are handled appropriately first time, every time and reduce the ned for repeat visits

The Financial Reporting Accountant will be responsible for supporting in the smooth running of the accounts function, delivering timely and accurate management accounts.
This role will perform in-depth financial analysis and reporting to provide strategic insights on areas such as budgeting, forecasting, risk management and efficiencies.
The role will require an individual who is strategic, articulate, methodical and analytical.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing controls to maximize returns and cash flow and utilize your financial and management experience to ensure the effective running of the dealerships
- Producing monthly management accounts.
This will include providing detailed analysis and commentary which will involve extensive liaison with Departmental managers
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- An ability to support in the processing of SAGE payroll tasks if required
- The production of weekly and monthly group reporting as well as the ability to identify trends and to signpost any areas of focus for Departments
- Working alongside Dealer Accountants to oversee the day-to-day supervision of the Accounts team
- Assisting with the annual audit process including liaising with external auditors
- Completion of quarterly VAT reporting and submissions
- Providing input and insight for annual budget preparation
- Helping to create and manage budgets including forecasting, expenses and tracking actual performance against these
- Analysing performance metrics and creating real time reports and insights on business efficiency to share with Departments and to quickly identify any areas of improvement or focus
- Analysing financial data and preparing reports and recommendations for managers as well as highlighting any anomalies
- Performing efficiency assessments across the accounting function as well as assessing business trends to identify work stream improvements and being proactive in identifying industry and business trends
- Developing strong working relationships with Department managers and key stakeholders within their teams.

What youll have
- Strong technical and analytical accounting skills
