GENERAL SUMMARY
Fill completed batches into appropriate containers or onto tanker for shipping purposes, following appropriate procedures for different fill-off methods as indicated on batch ticket.
Seal and apply appropriate labeling to containers as indicated on batch tickets.
Move finished goods to finished goods warehouse for shipping.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Labels retain as directed by QC department Complete fill-off procedure Clean vat and equipment using appropriate cleaning solution indicated on batch ticket Make proper notations on batch ticket regarding fill-off Apply appropriate labeling as instructed on batch ticket Move finished goods to warehouse if necessary Maintain neat and orderly work area

Responsible for the design and review of all I&C equipment and instruments for the Plant. Explore solutions to production problems or improve efficiency with maintenance and operators.
Run experiments and tests to aid in the development of improved manufacturing procedures and processes, and become familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
B.S.
degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
Preferred, 2+ years working in a Manufacturing environment, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Electrical Schematic and panel layout design using CAD (preferably AutoCAD Electrical) experience. Experience in the design of programmable logic controllers (PLC) or distributed control system (DCS) based controls systems.
Expertise in National Electrical Code requirements in industrial facilities and hazardous locations.
Proven understanding of integrating instrumentation with data acquisition hardware.
Proficiency with electrical diagnostic equipment. Familiar with industrial sensors and actuators; pressure, temperature, accelerometers, motor controllers, flow meters, relays, strain gauges, valves, and pumps.

Rags are watered down nightly in Plant #1. Load trash truck and sort skids. Clean all Lunch and Locker rooms in the manufacturing area. Keep up to Date inventory of cleaning supplies.
Order as needed. Run vacuum hoses in Plant #2 in designated areas. Do whatever cleaning inside or outside that is required. Maintain a clean work area. Safely operate all equipment associated with a given process.

Here's what you can expect every day: Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment. Perform general cleaning duties of buildings or properties. Propose changes to Maintenance Supervisor. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Perform other work-related duties as assigned. Schedule and or work with contractors on building maintenance related activities Use hand tools and power tools in making facility maintenance repairs. Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery. Preferred Skills: 1+ years of experience in manufacturing environment Ability to do basic math. Accurately enter and retrieve computer data. Ability to solve problems in a team environment. Willing to work overtime as required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour.
