Charles Hunter Associates are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join their Complex Care Team.
To apply for this role, you must have a Social Work Bachelor's Degree and is Registered with Social Work England.
About the team:
Within the Team, you will be expected to hold complex cases, this will involve working with adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health issues and/ or Neurodiversity.
You will be working alongside colleagues from the local ICB, health care providers and other key statutory agencies to develop a multi-agency response to support the service users.
You will be working with a supportive and experienced management team.
About you:
The successful candidate will be a passionate and dedicated professional, with a strong working knowledge of Adult Social Work Legislation.
It would be beneficial for you to have at least 2 years' frontline adult's experience.
