JOB PURPOSE:
As a National Account Executive, you will be responsible for sales management of Rust-Oleum Branded products within selected categories to Lowe's.
This position will be based in our Mooresville, NC office.
Leverage your expertise in the home improvement business and work independently and effectively to grow our business.
Maintain strong relationships with all levels and functions within Lowe's and Rust-Oleum to assure category growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Objectively assess each sales opportunity, anticipate the competition, develop and execute a winning strategy that is highly focused on maintaining and growing sales dollars and profit. Build high levels of customer knowledge and grow support for all Rust-Oleum Brands by building deep an understanding of Lowe's, developing relationships throughout their organization, and collaborating with their key executives, staff, and field reps to develop and manage programs that increase our market share and sales revenue across all brand platforms. Become a resource and advocate for Lowe's to grow our relationship and overall business by acting as the central conduit to link all the necessary departments and people internally and externally. Manage the efficient and effective use of all advertising, promotional, and marketing program budgets by negotiating agreements that are in the best interests of the company and planning detailed program and promotional plans with all customers. Prepares and delivers customer specific sales presentations, product demonstrations and develop a working relationship with decision makers.
REQUIREMENTS:
5 years sales and account management experience working with big box retail Proven successful sales history Thorough understanding of POS data systems Possess thorough knowledge and understanding of the big box selling environments Strong analytical skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships. Excellent presentation, computer, and communication skills Self starter able to manage own time, schedule, and sales quota as well as the ability to multitask. Possess a valid driver's license and able to maintain a motor vehicle record within acceptable limits as prescribed by Rust-Oleum. Availability to work and travel as necessary.

The Roofing Specialist is a critical team member of our Professional Roofing Sales team.
This sales position is remote based and will be responsible for markets in and around NC,SC, GA, TN or where otherwise requested. Ensures safe execution and delivery of all roofing services and operations. Provides a variety of technical training sessions in the contractor's office and field applications. Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Performs roof inspections and generates written reports on condition analysis, photo documentation, recommendation and material budget estimates. Communicates professionally with our customers, distributors, Rust-Oleum sales representatives, national account executives and corporate staff. Completes weekly/monthly reports, sales activities and proposals. Conducts Pre-project field inspections and technical support, including but not limited to: Adhesion tests Product recommendations Proper product installation Product diagnostic support to ensure proper selection and product usage.
Provides an on-going sales support, training and development to contractors. Function as a direct line of contact to the contractors & distributors, in the designated area, to ensure a consistent working relationship with the existing contractor base, keeping them informed and trained on Rust-Oleum's product line, new products introduced and where to buy. Develops new contractors in the area by training on product systems and their usage. Develops and grows distributor relationships to sell the Rust-Oleum Roof Coatings program. Travel within the assigned territory and complete expense reports on a timely basis.
Required Skills:

Job Duties: Sales - this job is all about increasing market share by selling the Rust-Oleum Portfolio of products in their assigned geographic territory.
Increase distribution of all Rust-Oleum brands within the assigned dealer base by expanding market share and reducing competitive presence. Maintain regular contact with customers to identify business opportunities and increase market share. Identify customer needs to facilitate product and planogram recommendations. Achieve profitable quarterly sales objectives and goals. Execute category management strategies with dealer base to grow market share. Develop and follow a comprehensive time and territory management plan to maximize coverage and efficiently manage expenses. Provide merchandising, pricing, and promotional support to the dealer base. Requirements:
1 - 3 years of previous outside sales experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
Previous retail selling experience is strongly desired, and Co-Op experience is a plus. Prior experience in a sales service role with demonstrated success in customer retention. Requires the ability to effectively analyze a customer's business and successfully communicate how our products and services can help them increase their sales and profits Ability to analyze data and complete a Profit & Loss analysis as required. TheWTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective regions to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.

The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required.
The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep, including OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Roof Systems.
Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel.
Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information. Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.
Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Vice President of WTI General Services.
Qualifications:
