As the public face of the IT Department, the Service Centre provides essential and excellent support to their staff and their clients.
Responsibilities
, Installing, maintaining, upgrading, and repairing of IT products such as PCs, Workstations, Printers, Terminals and associated devices
, Undertaking site surveys for VoIP deployment
, Installing the new VoIP handsets, door intercoms, testing\terminating data cables if needed
, Provide full training to the customer and ensuring the customer is fully satisfied with their new system before leaving site
, Troubleshooting broadband connections - BT, leased lines, SoGea, FTTC
, Ensuring all documentation is complete and returned to HQ.
