Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:
Maintain a safe, comfortable and clean work environment.
Assist with all new and or renovation construction projects. Assist with contracted outside services as required. Perform or oversee maintenance repair-related work to the facility. Assist with site management, building, and occupant security. Respond to and complete service orders in a timely manner. Maintain building and site-related records, including physical data. Correct as required all potential liability and safety issues. Assist with contingency information and plans for emergencies. Inventory control, storage, and security for housekeeping supplies and equipment. Daily trash removal and temporary storage as needed. Will be required to be on-call periodically to respond to building alarms and emergencies. All other duties as assigned.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
High school diploma with some additional education and training in various technical fields. Maintain a valid driver's license. 2-4 years of experience in the general maintenance trade. Adhere to all company and facility EHS policies, procedures, and rules.
Observe all safety rules in the office, on the job site, and in the field. This position involves inside and outside work under all types of weather conditions and possible hazards involving site EHS issues. The physical requirements of this position are extremely demanding on the human body, arms, legs, hands, and feet. This position requires a response to property, security, building, equipment, employee, and regulatory issues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. General Purpose:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Fork Lift Operator you will be expected to Receive, store, and distribute material, equipment, and products within the establishment by performing the following on a daily basis: Read orders to determine what products are to be pulled and put on pallets. GENERAL SUMMARY
Make all intermediates and finished products by adding specific quantities of certain raw materials and/or intermediates to a batch tank or grinding mill according to a written formula using proper batch making techniques and safe methods.
This position also requires application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches.
Compiles, tabulates and summarizes QC data for analysis.
Prepares and offers constructive criticisms relative to variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality.
Maintains statistical records having to do with quality, nature and causes of defects.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
Request raw materials for use in formulas.
Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Check production batches by comparison to standards Make adjustments to batch as necessary Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specs and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison and record onto batch card Consult with Main Lab chemist on products more than 10% out of product specifications Upon approval of product record data onto Quality Control car and enter information into computer data base Consult QC manual for specific requirements for product analysis of production batches and customers special requirements Calibrate QC equipment as required Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.

What will you do?

Work with direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner.
The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker Duties. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Graduation from high school or GED equivalent • Previous experience in shipping, receiving or other related fields.

Scope:
Provide assistance in production packaging lines while following all procedures provided to fill , seal and palletize packaging
Duties and Responsibilities:
Unload products into containers and onto conveyors for further processing.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Make all intermediates and finished products by adding specific quantities of certain raw materials and/or intermediates to a batch tank or grinding mill according to a written formula using proper batch making techniques and safe methods.
This position also requires application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches.
Compiles, tabulates and summarizes QC data for analysis.
Prepares and offers constructive criticisms relative to variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality.
Maintains statistical records having to do with quality, nature and causes of defects.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
Request raw materials for use in formulas.
Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Check production batches by comparison to standards Make adjustments to batch as necessary Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specs and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison and record onto batch card Consult with Main Lab chemist on products more than 10% out of product specifications Upon approval of product record data onto Quality Control car and enter information into computer data base Consult QC manual for specific requirements for product analysis of production batches and customers special requirements Calibrate QC equipment as required Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.

Experience working with General Contractors preferred.
An Assistant Superintendent with Stonhard is responsible for site supervision and installation of Stonhard products on projects within an assigned territory. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Someone who is detailed, a hands-on project leader and a problem solver. BS Construction Management or BS Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Civil) and 1-2 years related experience in industrial or commercial construction/project management. Must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation.

20% & travel within sales region, approx.
50%).
Some weekends required. Strong communication and organizational skills and have a thorough understanding of construction safety regulations. Successful candidate will possess the means for paying for travel with monthly reimbursement of travel expenses DO WE HAVE WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR?
