Adjust machine components and machine tension and pressure according to size or processing angle of product. Tend to or operate machines that package product. Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to a supervisor. Secure finished packaged items by hand tying, sewing, gluing, stapling, or attaching fastener. Stock and sort product for packaging or filling machine operation, and replenish packaging supplies, such as wrapping paper, plastic sheet, boxes, cartons, glue, ink, or labels. Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material. Clean and remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials to prepare raw products for processing. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related applications. 5+ years experience in IBP SOP, Demand, Supply Response, Inventory and Control Tower. 3+ years experience in IBP configuration and implementation with demonstrability end results. 5+ years experience with SAP including materials / inventory management areas. Set up and maintain all project documents.
Receive and validate SAP Sales Order information entered by the Customer Service Rep to ensure all information is complete and accurate.
Ensure the timely dispatch of service orders to WTI Technicians as applicable for the project type.
Issue Master Contractor or Subcontractor agreements for large contracts and POs for smaller projects. Coordinate work with key project resources, including Construction Managers, customers, and management.
Project management will consist of managing time and expenses as incurred on projects, monitoring payables beyond 30 days, tracking plan and actual costs, confirming that all project documents have been collected (bonds, insurance, submittals, etc.), and ensuring expected costs are received and processed before job closeout, and prepare accurate and timely invoices to customers based on pricing, and billing procedures, within established metrics and contract terms.

Responsibilities

Specific skills/training/license/certification needed to perform this position
A technical field, Business Administration, Finance, or other related field; Master's degree in Business Administration, or other evidence of substantial business knowledge, such as the attainment of Certified Procurement Management (CPM) is desirable. At least 10 years of progressive experience in managing functions and departments dealing with procurement and sourcing issues in a large manufacturing company; CPG and/or chemical industry experience desirable.
Knowledge of offshore sourcing and importing issues will be highly valued.
Five or more years of direct management experience of procurement professionals is desirable. Knowledge and experience with business principles and techniques of administration, organization, and procurement management, including a general knowledge of procurement and cost analysis, and current business trends and developments in domestic and international sourcing. Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.

Coordinates weekly installation partner accounts payable statements and related transactions and transmits to accounting for payment. Audits statement activity and raises concerns to Supervisor and Stonhard leadership. On an ongoing basis, monitors and coordinates subcontract compliance with Master Installation Agreement requirements; including but not limited to insurance policy limits and renewals, per project certified payroll, and MIA addendums.
Monitors per project compliance requirements related to Stonhard and installation partner Controlled Insurance Programs. Ensures on-time Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for Stonhard and subcontractors, including monthly payroll reporting, monitoring, and closeout. Monitors, Stonhard state contractor licenses ensuring compliance and on-time renewal. Develops and recommends document retention requirements as needed.
Develops and monitors necessary reporting to remain compliant. Assist in the creating of outside contractor subcontracts as needed, and as directed by Regional Supervisor. Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or Stonhard leadership. Supports other administrative responsibilities, as assigned.
Cross-trained in contract team and sales administration responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements:
