What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

Responsibilities:
As a Safety Manager you will be responsible for making sure that employees follow health and safety regulations and supervising operations to promote the wellbeing of their team.
Their duties include using safety research to create policies that eliminate workplace hazards, documenting accidents in the workplace and investigating the circumstances of an illness.
Reports to Site Manager with dotted line to Corporate Director of EHS
ESSENTIAL TASKS
Conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments. Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs. Plans, implements, manages, and maintains comprehensive environmental safety & health programs on premises or at project site locations. Provides project management team with guidance on health and safety and confirm project site fulfills industry, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations. Collaborates with management to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for project site injury and incident notification, investigation, and case management.
Maintains a written log of safety inspection activities, reports, and correspondence. Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals, internal policies and procedures, contract documents, and good engineering practices. Provides technical support to project managers. Develops and maintains project cost/change controls, and project budget and accounting records. Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and submittals. Reports the status of projects to business and market leaders. Participates in team meetings and provides regular on-site project presence.
This job requires minimum of 10 years of experience and/or knowledge in the following areas:
Environmental Permitting and Compliance OSHA compliance Experience in implementation and administration of OSHA and Environmental programs in a chemical/Food manufacturing facility with knowledge of batch and/or continuous processes Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment Leadership of EHS reviews of various new and existing processes Leadership of Management of Change protocols for the site Leadership of Waste Management protocols for the site Knowledge and/or experience in worker exposure assessments Knowledge of security requirements for chemical/Food manufacturing facilities Interpretation of Safety Data Sheets and Technical Data Sheets Knowledge of Global Harmonization Standards Preparation of numerous plans, procedures, and reports to Government Agencies and other required parties including landlord householder Strong documentation and recordkeeping skills Training of manufacturing workers in all aspects of EHS&S Proven track record of successfully working with regulatory agencies on detailed permitting issues, plant inspections, etc. Knowledge of additional compliance requirements such as TSCA or DOT
Additional requirements/competencies include:
Effective organizational and people skills Ability to multi-task and display a sense of urgency with focus on "the details" Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve desired results Ability to apply job and technical knowledge to identify and resolve issues and problems Effective management of both quality and quantity of their work; determine priorities and maintain high standards to produce accurate and professional work in a timely manner. Minimum Degree - BS in Environmental Studies/Science and/or equivalent; BS in Chemical Engineering; comparable technical education and experience combination will be considered.
Certification preferred (ASP, CSP or CIH)

Pay Range: $90,000 to $120,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary: A Process Technician is responsible for mixing and packaging in-process and finished goods inventory.
Specific Requirements:
Stage and prepare all raw materials associated with production batches. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in the batch making and packaging areas, with active engagement in positive safety behavior Communicates (gives a heads up) low levels of raw material to supervisory staff. Develops good working knowledge of all batch making and packaging processes. Maintains a good working relationship with Quality Control. Must be capable of logical structuring of batch making process, particularly optimizing the switchover sequence/needs of production. Reports all spills and leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents, and material shortages to the Production Supervisor. Makes batches and operates packaging equipment efficiently.
Capable of handling scanner & basic computer operations. When there is downtime on his line, proceed to line assigned to him by the Production Supervisor for further training or operation. The above description identifies the primary duties pertaining to this position.
Additional tasks can be assigned as required.
Background Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 1-year prior related experience or 1-year experience as a production batch maker preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Must pass standard eye examination (corrected or uncorrected) and must pass standard color- tone testing. Must be capable of wearing Company standard respirators as qualified by fit test performed by an authorized agency. Must be capable of lifting between 25-70 lbs.

What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Calibration Technician required immediately for a permanent position in the Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Working circa 39 hours (Mon - Fri days) - possible flexi-time, the Calibration Engineer will be calibrating pressure, torque, dimensional and electrical instruments to in-house traceable standards.

Primary purpose of role: Joining the team as a Calibration Technician, you will be responsible for undertaking various calibrations to ISO9001 accredited standards in accordance with Company Procedures.
As part of the calibration process, you will be expected to maintain and produce accurate calibration records enabling the production of calibration certificates.
The successful Multi-Skilled Calibration Technician's day to day duties will include:
To calibrate dimensional and torque tools along with pressure & electrical instruments
Documenting and inputting data / results onto computer and producing calibration certificates.
Where required assist the end client with any reasonable requests sometimes at short notice.
To follow company QHSE guidelines.
Flexibility to work approved overtime if required.
Drive company van to collect / deliver clients' instruments / tooling in the local area.
To be suitable for this Calibration Technician (Electrical, Instrumentation & Mechanical) role you must have the following experience / characteristics:
Good understanding of calibration practices and theories.
Previous experience of calibrating some of the following equipment: pressure gauges, torque tooling, dimensional equipment such as mic's, verniers, various gauges etc.
Must be PC literate in MS Word and Excel and confidence to use bespoke computer software.
Must have good interpersonal communication skills, able to work as part of a team or alone with the minimum of supervision
Friendly, approachable and always striving to deliver great customer service.
Good coordination/dexterity to undertake manual adjustments on high accuracy instrumentation.
Full UK driving licence, preferably clean
The ideal Multi-skilled Calibration Engineer role will have the following experience:
Proven customer facing experience.
Completed a relevant engineering apprenticeship.
Relevant engineering qualification such as C&G / NVQ / BTEC Level 3, HNC, HND etc.
As well as dimensional, torque or pressure calibration experience, recent experience of calibrating electrical instrumentation such as DMM's / multi-meters, frequency generators, insulation testers, PAT testers would be highly advantageous.
Previous experience of calibrating to UKAS standards.
Knowledge of importing / exporting from Excel databases and report generation from databases.
Strong understanding of Windows-based and Laboratory automation software.

Track expiration of region-specific third-party approvals and coordinate renewals with the technical service group (for example COLA, Notice of Acceptances (NOAs), etc.) Order samples and literature for customers as requested.
Send project support information to customers such as Application Instructions, common details, sample warranties, technical bulletins, brochures, approved applicator certificates, etc.
