The position is working with an internationally respected manufacturer who have multiple sites across the World.The Engineering Team Leader will be responsible for leading a multi-skilled maintenance team to ensure delivery of KPI's ensuring all items of plant and equipment are maintained to the appropriate safety and performance standards, enabling the production team to fulfil customer requirements.What's in it for you as Engineering Team Leader Monday to Thursday days and nights (Rotating) with a basic salary of £51,480 plus a shift Premium taking the salary to circa £57K+ per annum.

This role will ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe manner using tools such as dynamic risk assessments to promote safe working practices
The Maintenance TL is responsible for the completion of all planned preventative activities utilising the SAP PM system
Ensure the plant operates efficiently as per design ensuring OEE's beat budget levels
Proactively engaging with production colleagues using data to aid maintenance resource allocation
Carry out employees' performance reviews, team briefing and training as necessary
Ensure the Team are set with tasks for the shift, focusing on delivering PPM / Project work where possible
Support Capex proposals and delivery
Essential Skills and Experience of Engineering Team Leader
The successful Maintenance TL should be multi skilled, preferably electrical bias
Experience with CMMS software (SAP)
Experienced engineer with relevant experience of managing a multi-skilled team.
Have experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical / PLC systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
Desirable Skills and Experience of Engineering Team Leader
HNC/D / Level 3 in mechanical / electrical maintenance engineering
IOSH / NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualifications
Time served apprenticeship scheme
Continuous Improvement experience
Management experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment would be preferable

Operating out of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, they currently employ over 120 people and produce bespoke high-end products for use in a variety of industries and types of facilities.This employer is based in LEEDS, meaning that the successful Project Manager will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns & cities including Bradford, Dewsbury, Huddersfield, Halifax, Wakefield, Castleford, Pontefract, Bingley and Keighley.Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager will include:
Providing Electrical and/or Mechanical expertise to clients & colleagues throughout the entire life-cycle, including tendering, procurement, design, manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning
Organisation & allocation of labour (including sub-contractors) and materials with a view of ensuring that the completion date is achieve
Timely preparation and development of various reports & documentation (method statements, risk assessments, commissioning reports etc.)
Attending frequent customer meetings, face to face where required and via MS Teams/digital platforms, ensuring that the customer is updated on order progress
For the Project Manager, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess:
IDEAL NOT ESSENTIAL: Formal qualifications within an Electrical or Electronic focused subject (Degree, Apprenticeship, HNC, HND, City & Guilds/NVQ/BTEC Level 3 etc.)
Previous experience working in a similar role - ideally with an organisation operating in a field relevant to Electrical Engineering or Power
Strong organizational, planning and coordinating skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a vast range of individuals & personalities
Working Hours of the Project Manager: 37.5 Hours per week with a flexi-time offered Standard Hours:
Monday to Thursday - 08:15 to 17:00
Friday - 08:15 to 12:45
Flexi-Time: All overtime & extra hours worked will be given back as hours available to use on this scheme; 4 hour minimum day applied every day (2 Hours in AM & 2 hours in PM)
In return, the Project Manager will receive:
Annual Salary: £45,000.00
Company Car (2023 Tesla Model 3)
Holiday Entitlement: 33 Days including bank holidays
Pension Scheme: 8% Combined contributions
