Summary:
SAP OTC (Order-To-Cash) consultant with 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in order management, pricing, logistics area.
Responsibilities:
Ability to grasp business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, and take the initiative required.
Design, configure and test best-fit solutions Participation in all phases of full-lifecycle SAP SD OTC implementations including MTS (Make-To-Stock) and MTO (Make-To-Order) scenarios. Ability to lead various IT projects for a mid-size company. Communicates issues, concerns and problems to supervisors and team members.
Work in a respectful manner with both internal and external partners. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Assist staff and users with solving software related problems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related. 5+ years of SAP configuration with demonstrable end results. Hands on experience of working in cross module functions SD/ FI, SD/PP and SD/MM Expertise in Logistics Execution (LE): Shipping Cost, Shipping Document, Transportation Management, Inbound and Outbound Delivery Processing, Picking and interface with warehouse management, packing and goods issue, scheduling, Routing and Route Determination, controlling transportation processing, Bill of Lading and Warehouse Management Experience with Transfer of Requirement, Availability Check, Copy Controls, Credit management, output management, condition techniques, Third party orders and consignments.
Well-versed in Material determination / listing / exclusions Exposure to BW reporting, custom reporting Worked on Customer Master, Material Master, Pricing, IDOC, EDI, and ALE.
Expertise in variant configuration with BOM and material variant configuration Strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities Analytical, troubleshooting, and end-user support skills in a post go live environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills Self-motivated with ability to play differing roles on functional team.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Senior Packaging Engineer is responsible for project management of packaging initiatives on cross-functional teams that support Brand Marketing new product development and continuous quality and cost improvement projects.
This position reports to the Director Packaging Engineering and will support the team function in driving the development and implementation of new or improved packaging processes, quality assurance and cost controls of packaging design and materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop new packaging designs and specifications through collaboration with cross functional project teams to meet internal and external customer requirements. Develop ideas for packaging innovation, quality improvements, cost savings, and sustainability that are relevant to the business. Participate as an active member of cross-functional business teams comprised of individuals from a variety of disciplines, including Product Management, Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Sourcing, and Purchasing. Design, coordinate, and complete performance and compatibility testing in support of packaging component changes at both internal manufacturing and external contract manufacturing sites Works in conjunction with and is a resource for Sourcing Managers, Purchasing, Manufacturing Plants, Quality and Distribution Centers to ensure successful testing protocols and plant trials on packaging materials. Collaborates with packaging material vendors to develop, establish and implement production packaging material specifications. Maintain awareness of technical trends and developments in the packaging industry. Understand and ensure packaging meets UN, DOT and regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors in Packaging Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of packaging development and project management experience preferably within CPG industry working with cross-functional teams Experience with packaging materials capabilities and equipment along with physical and structure package testing procedures Good verbal and written communication skills required.
Must have the ability effectively communicate with cross-functional business partners. Ability to progress multiple projects concurrently. SAP preferred but not required.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Make all intermediates and finished products by adding specific quantities of certain raw materials and/or intermediates to a batch tank or grinding mill according to a written formula using proper batch making techniques and safe methods.
This position also requires application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches.
Compiles, tabulates and summarizes QC data for analysis.
Prepares and offers constructive criticisms relative to variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality.
Maintains statistical records having to do with quality, nature and causes of defects.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
Request raw materials for use in formulas.
Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Check production batches by comparison to standards Make adjustments to batch as necessary Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specs and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison and record onto batch card Consult with Main Lab chemist on products more than 10% out of product specifications Upon approval of product record data onto Quality Control car and enter information into computer data base Consult QC manual for specific requirements for product analysis of production batches and customers special requirements Calibrate QC equipment as required Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.
