The Role of the Weighbridge Operator:
As the Weighbridge Operator you’ll be joining a team of 15 Operatives at the companies Manchester Asphalt Plant.
A busy plant, the Manchester site has 3 fitters and a rail discharge which see’s in 7 deliveries a week.
The role of Weighbridge Operator will see you carry out the operation of the Weighbridge.
You’ll work closely with your fellow colleagues to ensure your Weighbridge duties are carried out whilst maintaining a high standard of health and safety.
This role is working on a shift basis of: Early one week and late the next.
The Early shift is: 5:30am- 1:30pm, Late is: 8am- 4:45pm Monday to Friday.

You will have proven experience and a good track record within internal and technical sales.
Ideally experience selling to OEMs in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage and Process industries.
You will have experience with mechanical or electrical instrumentation equipment or at least relevant mechanical equipment such as valves and pipework.
You will be a hardworking, enthusiastic, and ambitious person who works well within a team.
