We are seeking to appoint a part-time, permanent Contracts Administrator.The role of the Contracts Administrator is to provide all of the non-technical support needed by the consultant who is acting as Project Manager, from the point at which the client go-ahead is received until our invoices have been paid and the project closed.
The fundamental role of the Contracts Administrator in the success of the project is recognised by the whole team. Core responsibilities:

You will be joining their new flagship warehouse at the very start of implementation, so this is truly a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Shift Manager.
Our client has an inclusive company culture and through their "open door policy" they value feedback from all staff about anything that could improve performance or the working environment.As a Shift Manager you will be responsible for managing both permanent and temporary workers ensuring that service level agreements are met.Key Responsibilities and Duties:
To plan, organise, manage, and take full responsibility of departments within your designated shift.Ensuring operational efficiencies, service levels, people management and weekly targets are met in line with the service level agreement.Delivering and documenting continuous improvement opportunities across the departments' systems and processes.Be responsible and take ownership for your teams performance, ensure regular reviews and 121 meetings of Team Leaders takes place to drive performance, commercial and operational improvements.Strong administration skills, ensuring all work is captured and invoiced including creating/managing/reviewing site documentation (SOPs, KPIs and H&S) and ensuring all relevant monthly/yearly checks are actioned and recorded correctly.Deliver all forms of communication including briefs, management meetings, visual aids, and performance boards.Monitor compliance in line with company policies and procedures.Champion a safe working environment, ensures Health & Safety is adhered to across the site and on all shifts.
