Payroll Administrator

Package - £20,000 - £22,000pa (40hrs) + 30 days holiday + pension + Sick pay


The Role


We are currently recruiting for a payroll and accounts administrator to work for a facilities management company who have 25 years' experience in the industry.

You will be preparing end to end payroll for various companies across the group.


The successful candidate will also have basic accounts experience including entering sales and purchase invoices as their time will be split between payroll and assisting the accounts team.



Experience of Sage 50 Payroll and excel is essential and Sage 50 Accounts / Xero is desirable.



The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and dedication to performing all tasks to the highest possible standard.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Processing the payroll for multiple businesses

  • Dealing with any enquiries

  • Managing all aspects of the payroll function to include processing starters and leavers, statutory payments and RTI reporting

  • Managing auto-enrolment

  • Managing year-end processes



Package:



  • Basic Salary up to £22,000

  • 40 hour week

  • 22 days + 8 bank holiday

  • Pension Scheme

  • Sick pay
