Customer Service Advisor

Experienced Customer Service Agent to join this very busy team! You will be responsible for providing customer service and administrative support.

This role is offered as a 6 month contract initially, but could lead to a permanent position.


Key accountabilities for the Customer Support Agent:



  • Call handling

  • Order processing

  • Price, product, and general enquiries in response to customer requests

  • Identifying of parts using inhouse identification software

  • Accountable for the resolution of all complaints

  • Work with internal teams to support customer service


Key skills:



  • Strong customer service experience with good initiative ideally call centre/contact centre experience

  • Accurate, accountable, and able to build strong relationships

  • Confident communication skills

  • Experience in working with a CRM system

  • Strong IT skills

  • Organised and methodical

  • Able to work from home until the office is fully open


The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm with an hour for lunch.
