Team Manager - Charity

A Charity are looking for a Team Manager for their well-thought of Fostering service.

This position is a full time, permanent position with home-working.

You will need to have a strong background within Fostering as a Supervising Social Worker/Manager, ideally within an Independent Fostering Agency or Charity.

Your responsibilities as the Team Manager:



  • Supervision and Management of Social Workers

  • Contribution to Training

  • Contribution Foster Carer recruitment and retention

  • Quality Assurance



Requirements of you as Team Manager:



  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)

  • Significant experience of working within Fostering

  • Experience as a Senior Practitioner or Manager

  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence



Location: North East



Salary: Up to £43,000
