Our client is seeking a Project Manager who will manage large-scale enterprise business enablement projects in support of their Digital Transformation


Here's what you'll be doing:



  • Authoring and managing the project's approach and plan inclusive of clarifying business benefits, stakeholder engagement, scoping and estimating, project resource coordination, budget management, driving cross-functional team deliverables and schedules, hitting target milestones, managing assigned projects according to plan, risk and issue management, and collaborating closely with stakeholders during the complete project lifecycle

  • Managing technology infrastructure components including middleware, software development, and certification environments as part of the overall partner business solution

  • Managing project commercialization activities, partnering with Product, Sales and other partners, and areas to achieve success

  • Utilizing Project Management best practices to ensure on time business delivery and value realization

  • Communicating leveraging Communication Plans, Charters, Status Reports to support a single consistent understanding across multiple workgroups/personnel

  • Facilitation - adjusting communication style, engagement style, level of granularity, etc.

    on a person by person basis to optimize the outcome of a larger team of people, stakeholders


Here's what our ideal candidate has:



  • 6+ years of project/program management experience

  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, requirements gathering, resource organization, change management, project/task prioritization and schedule development

  • Familiarity with software project and project management concepts, practices and procedures

  • Experience working in an Agile environment

  • Financial services industry experience and substantial experience managing Go-to-Market/Commercialization/Business Readiness type projects

  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio

  • Ability to identify Issues and Risks to achieving the goal - often these are not explicitly stated as such - the trained ear of the PM is able to pick-out specific items from free-flow conversation and translate/understand its implications for plan progress and goal achievement
