Repairs Team Leader

A local authority based in Rugby are looking for a Repairs Team Leader to join their team.

This is a temporary ongoing vacancy.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure that all Social Housing and Corporate Property is maintained to a good standard.

You will be required to effectively manage and lead the Repairs Scheduling, Financial, Systems and Administrative function in a busy office environment, responding to enquiries from Customers, Elected Members, Suppliers, and external sub-contractors, to maintain service continuity and supply chain management.

To assist the Property Repairs Manager in developing and continuously improving the Council's Day to Day and Voids Repairs Service

Successful applicants must have previous experience supervising/managing repairs works.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

Ideally Local Authority experience

Previous experience a supervisor/manager within repairs.
