THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're working with a market leading business who is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join the team as part of their 2022 strategic growth plans.
This growing organisation is an expert in their field and is recognised as the go to business in the sector.

You'll be joining as a Capital Sales Support where you'll be supporting the Capital Drywall sales team to reach their targets.
You'll need to have experience in a similar position such as Sales Administrator, Sales Advisor, Sales Coordinator, Sales Executive etc and be highly organised and be confident to communicate with customers.

THE SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE ROLE:

  • Supporting the Internal and External Capital sales teams by managing and enhancing customer relationships through listening to their requirements, growing existing customer ledger with the dry lining business.
  
  
  • Ensuring all sales enquiries are dealt with, sales are converted and appropriate upsells offered.
  
  
  • Adapting to the various diverse customer backgrounds you deal with when communicating with others.
  
  
  • Reaching and exceeding monthly sales targets to meet KPI's
  
  
  • Developing customer base by identifying and researching new dry lining customers opportunities
  
  
  
  

THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THE SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE ROLE:

• Minimum 3 years experience within a Sales Support / Sales Administrator / Sales Processor / Sales Coordinator/ Sales Consultant background is necessary.


• Knowledge of dry lining sector


• Excellent networking and relationship management skills


• Driven and determined individual


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to overcome setbacks/objections
