THE COMPANY:

We're proudly working with a highly successful and highly reputable business in Manchester City Centre who due to a significant increase in business and a fantastic 2021 are looking to recruit a Trainee Administrator to join the team as they continue to grow.

The Trainee Administrator will be processing customer data accurately and provide administration support to managers and team leaders.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate / trainee or someone from an administrator / data processor / order processor / customer service background who is looking for as long term career with a growing business.

THE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

• Working within a busy office environment


• Accurately assessing and processing customer data


• Handling the enquiries email inbox and responding to clients


• Liaising with customers and answering basic enquiries


• Processing orders on the system


• Preparing reports for the management team


• Updating and maintaining the CRM

THE PERSON:

• This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate / trainee or someone from an administrator / data processor / order processor / customer service background


• An excellent communicator with the confidence to handle a variety of tasks within a busy department


• Must be computer literate with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
