The role:

• Support the Financial Controller in the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and property reports
• Assist with the day to day operations e.g.
  
  credit control, revenue reports
• Take responsibility for the accounts receivable function and purchase procedures
• Be responsible for the management of electronic employee files along with other HR admin duties
• Run payroll on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate recording of staff hours, holiday leave, sick leave, and any other allowances
• Support the Financial Controller on finance projects as required
• You will be assisting 3 properties in Germany

Who you are:

• Min.
  
  1-year experience in finance
• Eager to learn
• Excellent communicator
• Creative, innovative, and a positive individual
• Proactive and hands-on
• Having worked in hospitality is a plus
• Fluent in English and native or proficient in German
