Human Resources Administrator – Suffolk

Role: HR Administrator

Location: Suffolk

Salary: Up to £28,000

I am currently looking for a HR Administrator for a stylish restaurant group in Suffolk.

A popular and growing company with excellent development opportunities for the right candidates.

This would be a great opportunity for a strong administrator looking to develop a career in HR, CIPD level 3 sponsorship offered!

This is an office-based role so the ability to drive is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with all recruitment admin: new starter forms, induction, and leavers documents
• Support with the monthly payroll.
• Maintain and update employee information on the HR system.
• Assist the recruitment team with creating job descriptions, arranging interviews, and providing feedback where required.
• General administration, helping with HR projects where applicable

About you:

• A passion for HR and desire to progress in the industry
• Background within the hospitality industry a massive plus!
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
• Hands-on people person!
