Working as a Registered Manager – Care Home you will be responsible for sustaining and ensuring compliance in the home as well as maintaining occupancy levels.

You will manage staff in all respects including recruitment, training, motivation, retention, communication, performance management - appraisal.

Person Specification: To succeed in this role you will be a Registered Manager or Registered Clinical Manager with a passion for elderly care, as well as experience managing a care home.
