IT Systems Manager

Role: Commercial Systems and IT Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £40-50K + benefits package

Our client is a multinational specialist pharmaceutical company with headquarters in Budapest and offices in Central London.

An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Systems and IT Manager has arisen to join their team and optimise core systems, managing their Veeva CRM and supporting the development of Microsoft Power BI dashboards.

The role will also deliver ad-hoc reports and insight as required and support the wider IT systems, and technology within the company.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with internal / external stakeholders to manage the CRM system to optimise efficacy and add value to end users.
Development and ongoing maintenance of Power BI dashboards, production of ad-hoc reports and collaborate with business to continuously improve the Data Warehouse.

To manage and ensure delivery of any additional ad hoc business requests.


Support promotional excellence operations and processes, e.g., territory alignment change, cycle plan implementation, customer segmentation implementation, support Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) functionality and PromoVaults.
Ensure that CRM data and processes are aligned to global systems and GDPR regulations.
Create, update and deliver CRM training to ensure effective use of the systems by users.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Educated within business systems, expertise in CRM and commercial systems.
Designing/ delivering end-user training programmes and troubleshooting data and system issues.
Developing productive partnerships with local, global and external stakeholders (Commercial, Marketing, data providers and CRM platform companies).

Preferred Experience:
Experience with digital commercial capabilities and digital asset and content management.
Experience of designing and maintaining appropriate dashboards and reports.
Power BI knowledge and development skills preferable with digital asset management and content management.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry or FMCG environment.
Veeva (or other CRM, preferably salesforce.com based) administration skills essential
Awareness of commercial pharmaceutical practices and principles (sales lead management, sales reporting, campaign management, territory management, etc.)
Ability to work with volumes of data, proficiency in Microsoft excel and Power BI (or aptitude to learn)
Ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple issues, identify and communicate risks.
Knowledge of HCP/HCO data sources, IQVIA data preferable and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
