HR Senior People Partner-Operations


The role needs a candidate with a strong background in HR, and desired previous NHS expereicne at a similar level.


Rate of pay - 28-32.74 PAYE Per hour


Hours- 37.5


Contract - Ongoing


Location- Solihull, Birmingham

  • a senior member of the Trust's People function providing strategic level support to enable the delivery of a business focussed People service that ensures delivery of Trust objectives and business plans including the People

  • To assess Human Resources implications of national initiatives and ensure these are articulated clearly to the wider

  • To support the Head of People and Culture in delivering a business focussed HR service ensuring every service has a clear annual HR Service Delivery Plan aligned to Trust objectives and which takes account of the Trust People Plan, business planning objectives, workforce and resourcing plans and workforce KPI's.

  • To work with professional leads / heads of service and the wider Function in devising strategies and plans that achieve improved health and well-being , staff engagement and create a culture of inclusion and dignity and

  • The post holder will have a high degree of freedom to act within broad parameters set by the Head of People and Culture in taking the lead within designated areas in the interpretation and application of legislative requirements and national


People Strategy



  • Local delivery of People Strategy: Oversight and responsibility for the service level delivery , monitoring , reporting and assurance

  • Service level reporting on progress: Responsibility for reporting at service level and Trust level committees


KPI monitoring and People reporting



  • ER activity KPI's: Oversight and responsibility for proactive management of casework and reporting internally as well as delivery of people strategy requirements
