Senior Process Engineer

This Senior Process Engineer position is with a globally leading chemical manufacturing company that is investing heavily on their site, in the region of £50 million over the next 2-3 years.

Multiple multi-million pound projects have and are continuing to be sanctioned to provide upgrades and renovations on the site.

Responsibilities of the Senior Process Engineer;

• Manage and lead capital projects from conception and ensure the approval, design, procurement, construction and commissioning of capital projects.


• Managing teams of Project staff to ensure CAPEX of multi million pound projects is delivered successfully.


• Manage specified eng systems and records.


• Carry out processing plant investigation and improvements.


• Engaging in a professional development programme to support with progression through the company.

To be successful in this position as Senior Process Engineer, an established technical background with experience working on a chemical site (ideally COMAH) is required.

The minimum qualification for this role is a Chemical Senior Process Engineering degree or equivalent and 10+ years' experience.

It is also desired that the successful candidate be Chartered or working towards this status, however this is not essential.
