British Restaurant - 50 covers - £50,000 per annum - Liverpool Street

· Head Chef level

· Contemporary British Restaurant

· Expected Covers: 20/40+ for lunch, 40/90+ for dinner

· modern British Cuisine – Seasonal fish/meat led

· 5 full time chefs within the kitchen

· Liverpool Street (Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan Lines)

· £50,000 per annum – based on a 48 hour week

*Payment every two weeks

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

• An experienced, creative and ambitious Head Chef to design and develop the restaurants food menus with a strong emphasis on British fish and meat.

• A Head Chef with a stable, proven background having trained and developed within reputable establishments.

• A Head Chef that is a keen trainer.

Someone who is organised, calm under pressure and can work well leading a small team.

• Previous experience cooking British cuisine would be desirable.
