Our client represents clients all over the UK in Criminal Defence, Financial Crime, Motoring Offences, Medical Negligence, Personal Injury and Immigration services.

The Role & Responsibilities of the Legal Cashier

, Daily banking functions including bank reconciliations
, The processing of client and office accounting transactions including postings
, Preparation of cheques and processing of bank transfers
, Administration of the purchase ledger
, VAT returns.


, The preparatory work for the annual accounts

Requirements of the Legal Cashier

, Previous experience working within a similar role would be advantageous
, Ideally have worked in a finance department for a solicitors
, Experience using Xero and MS Excel is beneficial
